We ate here because the parking lot at Blakeney was a zoo. I enjoyed my flat bread "pizza" and a couple of cold drafts. The band on Saturday night was a bonus. We'll be back.
This tavern is the best kept secret in Charlotte I'm sure they don't want to be a secret! The food is amazing the people are super friendly, not just the people who work there. I sat at the bar with my son and head chicken wings and some iced tea and was actually talking to people I never met who were very friendly. It's like the neighborhood bar but better🙂 I've had lunch and dinner there and both were great, fresh, hot, and food with fantastic flavor. The pricing is like 10 years ago or more. Each time the check comes I feel like I owe them more money🤣🤣
Local sports bar that has excellent food. The pizza rolls are especially delish . They have a good chef here. It can be a bit noisy at times because it is after all a sports bar. The drinks are very good as well so the bartenders know their jobs too.
Fun time ( Uber ) we snacked on mozzarella sticks ! Delicious! I got the club sandwich and macaroni cheese to bring home . The sandwich is huge and 2 meal worthy ! Bartender kept up with us all night !
As advertised. Good tavern food and fair prices. Great place for some drinks and appetizers.
Regular little tavern atmosphere. $2.50 domestic beers on Monday. Went with my young daughter. She had a Dr. Pepper and we played a little shuffle board. We had a veggie platter and it was acceptable. The carrots and celery crunched when you bit into them, but the cucumber was a bit floppy and the peppers were the same. The blue cheese and ranch were the highlight of it. We didn't stay long, just enough to eat the veggies and drink one drink. $20 out the door with tip isn't bad. Lots of older business fellas there at the bar. Not a lot of women other than the wait staff. Cozy place to spend some spare time around 6:00PM on a Monday night before a MNF game.
Our first visit. Wife got Apple Pecan Salad with chicken. Absolutely delicious per her taste buds. I got a club hoagie with broiled brussel sprouts. Both were excellent. If the bread had been toasted a bit, it would have been superb.
Very reasonably priced.
Our server, Baylee was outstanding. She was so pleasant and it was as if she owned the place.... Excellent customer service. She seemed to doing about everything, from seating customers to taking their orders. Someone else did bring out our lunch.
If you can, get by here and enjoy.

DB's Tavern creates the perfect atmosphere to have a meal, good drinks and relax. The service is friendly and fast.
The restaurant has a great selection of wings as well as a great menu of entrees, which includes a Philly Cheese Steak that can also be prepared with chicken.
The restaurant also has an outdoor patio area.
There is ample parking just steps from the entrance. And a large portion of the seating is on ground level and accessible by wheelchairs.
The owner of the establishment is usually on hand.
On the spur of the moment, we decided to go to DB's for dinner. Once there, we discovered it was music bingo night. What a fun time! Fabulous atmosphere and the food was wonderful, as usual.
We love going to DBs. Lauren always greets us with a smile and a beer. We go for the sports tvs and the food. Highly recommend the pizza roll, hamburger, and wings. Just tried their chips with trio dip, and their Pico de Gallo taste just like my moms. It was so good. They definitely get busy for a reason.
