Seriously, this place is awesome. First of all, and most importantly , Keri, who took care of us, treated us like she had known us forever, took special care of our grandson, Eli . Spoiler, She hasn't, first time there. Then, the food. My wife and Eli both ate, without complaints, which is rare. They always find something wrong.
But, the thing I was most excited about, was the wings.
Perfect size, can be cooked extra crispy, if that's your thing, like me. And an awesome choice of sauces and rubs. I had "The General ", sweet and spicy! Delicious š
Again, service was outstanding š

1st timer. The food was decent. Ultimate bacon burger was huge. The service was just ok. Glass sat empty for about 5 minutes and it was not busy. 8 -10 customers in the place.

Itās my first. Staffs are great, when the staff assigned to my seating area was busy, other came to our table and asked if we were okay and played with the kids. The areas is cleaned and food not bad. However, the bathroom has a bad smell. Reason Iām giving a 4 stars.

For anyone who has experienced Wild Wing Cafe in South Carolina, they will know how well and great the food and specials are. However, the ones in Charlotte have been absolutely some of the worst service ever of any restaurant PERIOD.
Recently, however, they have renovated the entire restaurant along with hiring all new staff. The quality of the food has become absolute amazing. Service overall is good. They'll get better with time.
I'm excited about the new changes and implore anyone who has had a great experience before with a Wild Wings Cafe or has yet to try it to give it a go.
Also, Colorado Copper is hands down best flavor

This place has continuously disappointed me everytime I have been to this location. I go here because it is close to my school and it is a convenient lunch place to go on my breaks but everytime I have been for the past year now, there has always been something wrong. I have never had a good experience with a server here and they take atleast 10 to 15minutes to even get a drink out to you. We came at 1115am for lunch and there were maybe 5 tables total in the whole place, our server took our food order and after 30minutes we had to go up and ask where our food was because we had to get back to our class soon. She never came back to let us know so then we proceeded to go find her and tell her we needed everything Togo which she then acted like it was an issue. She still after another 10min never came over to us with our check or food Togo so we then left the bartender a few bucks for our drinks and walked out. Absolutely worst service and experience from a restaurant I've ever had. On top of it all my friends drink had some kind of gunk stuck on the inside of her cup. Will not be returning here again and also will make sure nobody I know will come here again either.

I was disappointed with my meal and the service. First our waiter pulled a disappearing act. We seen him when he took our order brought our food then we had to chase him down for refills and silverware. Smh. Now to the food. The wings had absolutely no seasoning on them except for what ever flavor you asked for. I ordered the queso and it was enough just to cover the bottom of the bowl. Same with my husband and our cousin ordered the nachos with extra meat of course they did not add the extra meat but tried to charge him for it. But if I could rate the band I would give them five stars because they were awesome!! It was my first time visiting this establishment and I won't be back anytime soon if I go back at all it would most definitely be for the band.

I am generous to give this 1 star, because 0 isn't an option. Terrible experience. First, no AC and was stifling inside. Not even fans to move the air. Server said it had been down all week. :(( 2nd: Place was nasty. Chicken bones on the floor in several places. 3rd: Did not have my first SEVEN choices of beer from the beer list. ?!?? 4th: took 20 mins to get a beer. Couldn't get drunk in there if you were trying. 5th: had to hunt down a server to pay the tab to leave coz ours disappeared completely.
We went for the live music, but it was so hot in there the band couldn't play but about a half hour without taking a break (not the band's fault). Terrible management makes for a terrible experience. Zero stars!!!

We are locals to the Ayrsley location and we have been to the location several times. The service is horrible. It takes 10-15 minutes for them to even come to your table. They are not busy and the service is still horrible. It took over 45 minutes to order food. Lunch is supposed to be fast especially as a working individual who only has a hour lunch break. We had to get up without our food today because the waitress would not bring our checks when we asked twice and the food was taking 45 minutes. I also had leftover food in my water cup. I am constantly disappointed when coming to this restaurant.

Had a terrible experience here today. Started with sitting at table for 8 minutes without any service, ordered beer and got a dirty glass. Took about 10 minutes to get my beer replaced, no apology was given. Boneless wings had a bone in and kids broccoli was spoiled. Did not see waitress for about 15 minutes at one point although 5 girls stood chatting at the podium for most of the time. We complained about the broccoli but they said oh that's a free side so we won't take anything off the price. Just an apology or replacement side would have made the experience better.

They had no silverware we had to use plastic to go silverware! The service was horrible and they werenāt busy! Our server never came to refill our drinks!

Food was fair, drinks were good, waitress was friendly but service was twrrible. Appetizer arrived with my husbandās dinner whiled my meal arrived later. Dessert was ordered yet never arrived and neither did that glass of water. They finally brough the check and a boxed dessert to me but I wonder why it was so cold, since it was a warm dessert. Never saw a manager and therefore let to assume the staff is a reflection of their leadership.

The Manager Adrian provided the best customer service. For a moment I thought he was a waiter because he was walking around helping everyone. My family, friends and I will definitely be back. My wings was the best I had all year. Thanks.

This place is always hit or miss...lately more of a miss. The wings are always mushy, asking for extra crispy is a waste of breath. They are slow, all of the sides didn't come out with the entrees, we had to go find the waitress and tell her. The employees are very young, immature with no work ethic. Clearly management is lacking. You can tell that no one gives a damn! Not going back!!
