Review Chick-fil-a - Charlotte

Recently went here. Brand new store, recently updated/redesigned. Double lane drive thru. The employees are hardworkers, clean bathrooms. 5 stars. The process is little different for dine in. You seat down at a number table. The employee will come over and ask what you like. Pay at the table and they will bring the food out. No tip. Very easy process. See photos

Stopped to have breakfast before I started navigating the Saturday morning DoorDash rush. Walked in the store, the manager greeted me: “ You are early today”. I responded; “I came to get breakfast before getting started”. The associate took my order. I selected option #1 from breakfast menu. Calm music was playing over the intercom, I could hear the calls and responses from employees preparing meals, the beeps and bells from station alerts. And best of all I could smell the aroma rising from the chicken biscuit I was about to devour. I fetched some ketchup for my golden brown round tots. OMG!

Great Chick-fil-A in the south Charlotte area. Food has always been great, employees are always very nice. Very clean store and the location is great, just off the exit at 485. Greg and the early morning crew do a great job. With the recent renovations, this has become my favorite location. Great table service now if you dine in.

I nearly always give chickfila 5 stars, but had a sub-par experience here. Fries were not as crispy as is typical, and they didn't give us the only sauce I asked for (extra ketchup). Not a terrible experience, but very sad it wasn't as good as is typical.

I usually get curbside and it is probably the fastest curbside Chic-fil-A in Charlotte. Carlos usually comes out to my car within 2-3 minutes of parking. The customer service is top notch, never had a problem with my orders.

This is my only experience with this Chick-fil-A so I can't speak to their consistency. Compared to other Chick-fil-A's everything was 5 stars except for the fries. The chicken sandwich was possibly one of the best ones that I've ever had at any Chick-fil-A. The only problem was the fries didn't have any salt and were a little soggy and bland.

The BEST chick-fil-a in CLT. Fastest service, and best employees. Curb side takes literally 2-3 mins and your out. Drive through takes no more than 5 minutes. All staff are professional and courteous. Staff remembers you by name, always a good vibe. Special thanks to Carlos for making my lunch break better everyday!

Fast service, order was right and the food was fresh. We just got off a job working all day last Saturday and showed up around 9:30 pm. The crew here was on it. We appreciate your hussle. 😀👍🏾

Everyone at Chick-fil-A is friendly and kind. The best fast quality food service we have in our town.

When we left a movie this evening, my family and I decided to stop for dinner at the Carolina Pavilion Chick-fil-a. After we ordered and got our food, we were missing a chicken sandwich. When my husband got up to rectify the situation, a drink fell from the table. So, he went to the counter, and he told the cashier that we were missing a sandwich. The manager (Greg True) growled and rolled his eyes. Then, my husband said that he dropped a drink too. At that point, the same manager yelled “Awesome!!” I was right behind him at this point because the manager looked red-faced and angry when I was sitting at our table. The young people in back were working hard, but no one ever came to mop the spilled drink. I hope no one slips on it. They seem to be in a huge hurry to get home tonight, and I’ve never experienced such poor customer service at a CFA.

Every time my family and I go to this Chick-Fil-A, I am so touched by the way Rodney serves us and takes care of us. Praying that Rodney is blessed and rewarded for his good work. Thank you, Rodney!

The chicken on the biscuit was very small and the biscuit was about hard enough to drive nails. I gave it to the manager and walked out. If this is what Chick fil a has become count me out

It was nasty inside!!! They allowed one young girl to plug into an outlet and lounge without eating (at least while I was there) to charge her phone while others were looking for a booth to eat at!!! One lady told me you could trade the kids meal book in for a kids ice cream, then she came back by my booth and told me they told her to keep her book and also gave her a kids ice cream. So I went up to counter to do the same but the lady behind the counter told me I would have to give her the book for the ice cream!!! They should be consistent and treat everyone the same. I wasn't happy!!!

Love, love, love. Can't get enough of these chicken biscuits. I could eat them all day long. My weakness.

I literally just received the absolute worst customer service at a chic-fil-a ever!! My order was Messed up, oh ok cool no problem mistakes happen so I had to drive back 3 miles to the restaurant to get it fixed. then the manager started chastising the employee in front of me because he accidentally rang up fries nuggets instead of grilled and wanted me to pay the 65 cent difference after I had to drive back 3 miles because they messed the order up!!! I walked out and without receiving any nuggets at all due to the manager attitude!! And I will be contacting corporate today!

This is the first time I have a bad experience with chick-fil-a. I ordered two kids meal and I told them I didn't care for the drink, but it was ok if a had to pay for it. Well they didn't say anything until they got my order out with just the nuggets. I try to explain that I ordered the meal, and they got very rude. The manager came out and said " well, at least we saved you some money" ... They didn't care about my order and had to leave only with the nuggets. Terrible customer service for this location, terrible manager.

Derrick is a fantastic associate and truly goes above and beyond to make each visit and customer feel appreciated. I will go out of my way to patron this location bc of Derrick.

Today, Memorial Day my niece ordered 2 Market Salads with chicken strips via the drive thru and once they were received and prior to leaving the window it was discovered that the salads had grilled chicken and not chicken strips as well as the wrong salad dressing. My niece very politely returned the salads and explained it was not what was ordered. The window cashier said pull forward and they would bring out correct order. After waiting several minutes 10 + minutes, one of my nieces went inside the restaurant to check on the status. She was talked to very rudely and Informed that the order was a special request...hmmm it is on the drive thru menu and I have been present when this same order has been ordered without any delays or difficulties. My niece (22 years old college graduate) returned to the car and proceeded to tell her mother that she was treated VERY RUDELY and that perhaps her mom should go in. The long and short of it is this: after an employee rolled his eyes and was very rude to my sister the manager finally joined the conversation. In the meantime 2 salads were presented with chicken nuggets and not chicken strips...still not the correct order. But I digress the manager/owner never apologized for the error or his employees rude behavior. He refunded the $ for salads. A later telephone call with the owner to determine who in corporate could b contacted to relay the events; she was told Chick-Fil-A Cares on line. Really, there was no caring involved in the events. A company that professes to be Christian based, apparently is merely lip service because any normal individual would have IMMEDIATELY apologized for the error. I will not patronize this location in the future and question whether I will do so at other locations as well. Common courtesy apparently is NOT what this establishment preaches or teaches. A very sad and disappointing experience.

Derrick at this Chick-Fil-a was absolutely amazing!!!! I've been to many chick-fil-a restaurants and I must say Derrick was the Best Team Member/Manager I have ever encountered!!! His professionalism and customer Service was above and beyond. As a person who gives amazing customer service myself I always hold people in the public to the same expectations (which of course people don't up hold those standards). You exceeded my expectations sir!! It also seemed that he was a great leader, I ate inside and when every customer walked in Derrick welcomed them and his entire team followed!!! As a training and development specialist I can see that Derrick will be going very far very soon!!! Keep up the great work Derrick that made me very proud and a great feeling as a customer!! Thank you!!!
