Even though they only had spicy chicken tenders 🥵, I totally enjoyed this Chick-fil-A! We Love Chick-fil-A!! This is another great one! We got there at the busiest time, lunch hour on Friday. But we ordered (with an employee in line- like a drive through window experience) and got our correct order in a very short time (as usual). It was so good as usual! 😋

They deserve 6 stars. The longest I've had to wait here was 10 mins and I got a free order of fries as an apology for how "long" it took. They really are the best fast food restaurant in town. They always wave and talk to my toddlers in the drive through line and make sure you're order is always right.

We all know about the politeness the workers display to the customers and that by itself is great. But today I overheard an employee with a personal problem talking to a manager and concern and compassion towards her was a lesson in leadership. Easy location to run in for a quick bite! The computer systems were down when we showed up but they still took orders and had the food ready as soon as the systems were back up so we didn't have to wait. Awesome staff and management!

This is a very high volume Chic-Fil-A, so expect lines if you are going during the lunch rush. If you have the Chic-Fil-A app, that will save you a lot of time. This restaurant has plenty of staff members so even with the long lines it goes pretty fast.
Food quality here is always top notch. I eat here 1-3 times every week.

Fastest line in Charlotte. Seriously, there can be 40 people in line and it seems to only take 5 minutes and you're done and have your food. So don't be afraid to get in the line during lunch hours. I go here a lot and the regular staff members are very friendly. Food is good, as is expected with Chic fila.
