The service on Sunday afternoon was super fast. We got our food in less than ten minutes. The only thing I didn’t like is that I had to use plastic a fork.

Great burgers and many other choices. Great sides also. The bacon cheeseburger with sweet potato fries was a good choice. Order at the counter, get your own drink and they bring your meal to you. Prices were good for what you get. We had 4 people with burgers, sides and drinks. The total was around $55 and well worth it. Plenty of parking in the area. We will come back.

This isn’t my favorite place, it it’s not too bad. There is a location here and one in uptown near the Duke Energy building. Food isn’t too bad, but a bit on the greasy side for me. Location is good. It’s better than the uptown one.

I've been here dozens of times and only had one poor service at the bar. Bartender didn't come back to get our order after she delivered our beer, and even after I flagged her down, she took another ten minutes before she came over, and the bar wasn't even full. However, it was the bartenders only third day, and all the other times I've been here has been excellent service. The burgers are fantastic, and they have a good selection of ingredients to order custom burgers. Their fries are thin, crispy, and amazing.

The burgers have a good smoky flavor, and they have vegi-burgers for vegetarian folks. Fries were solid. It was not very busy when we went, but the wait staff seemed overwhelmed. I'd recommend stopping by at least once if you're in the neighborhood, but maybe not at peak.
Be aware that this is not a cheap place. I would say that it's a little overpriced for what it's worth, but still good.

I LOVE American Burger, because as a food delivery driver, the staff has always treated me and greeted me like family. The staff there are very polite, prompt and professional! There is also live music on some nights. The staff there really knows how to create a nice ambience. The restaurant is also clean, from the parking lot, to the restrooms! I highly recommend this American Burger location!

Pretty darn good burger! It's not the best tasting burger out there, but it's amazing with tons of options. I always judge a burger on meat quality without the fixings. It's a typical quality. Not through the roof great, but will be sure to satisfy. I definitely like the ability to order at the counter and then have them deliver it to the table. Even when it is busy, this approach doesn't make it seem bad. Enjoy!

Awesome awesome place!! The food is out of this world!! Super friendly staff and manager, they are super dog friendly and treat them as guest as well and that is so awesome considering I had just got kicked out of a restaurant called the red ginger because of my dog. Would definitely recommend to anybody for a good burger and good time!!

Consistently good burgers and fries! Thick milk shakes and friendly service. Reasonably priced. Decent beer specials. Full bar. This place isn't gourmet or hip, it's "just" good food at a good price with a friendly, casual staff.

Before I ordered I asked if they had a lettuce wrap I stead of a bun. The girl taking my order said yes so I ordered a burger. The "lettuce wrap" gets brought out and it was shredded lettuce with a beef patty topped with shredded lettuce. I asked why I didn't receive a lettuce wrap burger and was told that's how they did lettuce wraps because they didn't have large leaves of lettuce. So if dont have large leaves of lettuce then you can't have a lettuce wrap. On top of that this is a burger place and the burger patty was mediocre at best. Won't go back for sure.

The Burger Company is a good place for a great burger. The Carolina and Meatloaf are well worth it. Our server, Renee, did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this place.

Please tell your waiters not to stack the baskets on top of one another when serving the food. I don't want the bottom of a basket that has been on tables and touched by many people to be placed on top of my burger and fries. The guy serving our food today had about 6 baskets he was juggling and when he dropped off one, he put the others down on the table and then picked them back up and the basket that was on the table put it right on my burger. Y'all can do better....

Had the Route 66 burger. It was great, but not the best bbq sauce. Lots of hot, fresh tater tots. Great views of the city with fast, friendly service.

Awful.... I went in with two co workers and was treated so differently from them. The overpriced, tasteless, poorly presented food was a shame. I could've gone to Cookout, spent less and enjoyed my lunch way more than at this place! Definitely won't be back!

Waitress was great, excellent service but the food came out way too fast to be fresh. It tasted like a frozen Burger to me! I was expecting alot more. Cook-Out hamburgers taste fresher than here. I was not impressed and probably will never go back again.. Again the waitress was great and the service was great but the burgers Not so much....

Went here feeling quite hungry. Walked in, was told to seat ourselves but no one ever came to take our order. The staff was too busy visiting with each other. Posted a bad comment on Facebook, was asked to PM my contact info, so I did. It's been three days nothing. Horrible company with horrible customer service. Never going back.
