Wonderful service, (there's a place to be seated while you wait for your table and waiting is not too longer). Live music, big screens to watch games, clean restrooms, and I've enjoyed this beautiful pint of well served beer.
One of the best affordable places to eat in epicenter.

Waited at the front door for about 10 minutes before we were ever recognize by and employee to even get a seat... But after that everything else was perfect the food was fresh and I have no other complaints !!

Outstanding service. Every experience I have had at a Wild Wing has been fanominaly customer centric with above and beyond care. The food at this location was sub-par but everything else was fantastic.

I came here for the first time while going to see Dirty Dancing, the musical. It was my first time here and I was with a very dear friend. We got the Flying Fajita boneless wings and they were great! We also ordered the sampler plate and it was very yummy but neither of us are big on spicy and those "Hot Shots" are very spicy! Other than that, I won a trivia question, got to pop a balloon and got free dessert so it was a great first time. My server was Jae and she was SUCH a sweet heart! I would definitely ask for her section next time I go. She knew the menu from top to bottom, was very attentive and made it a great experience.

We came into the bar about 45 minutes before they closed. Sat around the bar, Alondra served us right away. Ordered some food, had the fajita salad with a southwest dressing. Phenomenal. With it being about closing time, they still managed to cook our food to perfection. They did not rush us to eat fast, we were still out of there by closing time. It was great!

I was walking around trying to decide where to eat when an employee opened the door, and asked if I would like to dine at their location. It was cold outside and I liked their friendly approach. I was quickly seated. My waiter was extremely fast, friendly and the food was outstanding. I had the Sirachos. If you are looking for good food, great atmosphere and friendly workers with great customer service, I would try this place for sure when you are in downtown.

Very nice place with a great wait staff. The waitress we had was great-attentive, friendly, and gave great recommendations. Wife's salad was fresh and large-enough to take back to the hotel. My wings (hot) were right on. A lot of meat cooked just right.

My hostess/waiter was a jem. Polite, humorous and informative. She help my and my colleague pick just the right flavors for our wings and beverages. Even though my first drink was made wrong she quickly corrected the error with the bartender. We came just about 90mins before closing and the kitchen was still snappy and food fresh. I would definitely return to this wing spot.

I usually love Wild Wing. We were in Charlotte for a trip and decided to head over to this location for a late lunch on a Sunday. After we got seated, no one spoke to us or acknowledged our presence for about 15 minutes. By then we were ready to order our drinks and food, after we did, it took an extra 10 minutes to get our drinks. The food was on par with our expectations, the service was just very poor. There were maybe 4-5 tables sat in the entire restaurant... no reason we should have been ignored for so long. Waste of money eating here!

It was..... The management and hostess were nice but the waitress was rude and we had poor service. The chicken strips were greasy and disgusting. They were a little bit bigger than a popcorn chicken. We also had to wait about 10 minutes to get change for a 20. So all in all this would NOT be my first pick for where to eat.

Seriously the worst service I've ever experienced. I'm baffled haha. We were sat and no one came to our table. Ten minutes in I got the attention of a server. He got our drinks and took our appetizer order... And didn't put it in and said our sever would be right with us. And... 10 mins later our server showed and proved to be equally as inefficient as the guy before because he asked us, the customers, if the previous guy put in our appetizer. Um, I don't know!?! Our meals came out before the app and we had no silverware or napkins. Water refilled only upon request and I never received the sour cream I requested and he said "I'll be right back with that." It was so bad we left laughing in astonishment. Food was good. Service was unspeakably terrible.

50/50. I took some friends there that came in from out of town. The food was good, but the service was so slow and took forever. It was a Tuesday and not busy at all. I order a salad and they forgot my dressing so I ask for it. Then use all of my dressing and gave it to my friend for his french fries. finally got our bill and they charged me for my dressing and charged my friend for using mine. didn't say anything cause it would took another hour to get it fix. Food was good but not worth the wait.

Terrible!!!. My boyfriend and I chose to go to Wild Wing after a night of drinking. I am a server, so I judge other restaurants/service accordingly. After being seated and waiting for approximately 3 minutes to see our server, we placed our drink and food orders. Then we waited and waited some more...the restaurant was NOT busy for a Saturday. After waiting for 30 minutes with only our drinks with no food and no server, we decided to leave. We told the host we were leaving and why, but she made us wait to pay for our iced teas. I asked to speak to the manager. He apologized after hearing our story and told us he would take care of the issue as we left the restaurant. I will never go back and urge others to do the same. Host staff is rude and the service is supremely lacking.

They need to close the kitchen in this dive and leave it as a bar. This location is possiblythe worst 'restaurant' in Charlotte.

Delicious Wings!. 3.5 stars. I have been to WWC several times, and they consistently have good food and service for a great price. It's the place I always think of when I'm in the mood for wings (even moreso now that NC no longer allows indoor smoking). Yes, they are in EpiCentre so you will likely have to wait during prime time hours, but I think the wait is worth it. <br/><br/>I have never tried the buffet, but I'm not usually a fan of buffets, anyway. I love the fact that you can get your wings with two different sauces. I usually get the eight piece with jalapeno cheddar (my favorite). And sometimes, I mix it up with The Boss. Both are dry so your fingers don't get messy - nice!<br/><br/>Service is usually pretty efficient. We never have to wait for any refills, and food is always delivered in a snap - even during busy times.<br/><br/>I have not been to Buffalo Wild Wings so I have no comparison, but I just prefer the location of WWC instead. And, with everything so good, why would I want to go anywhere else?

Hubby tried the hot wings and thought they were very good. Kids had the Ginger sauce on nuggets and it was great. I chose wild west but was not impressed. Btw the hot shot appetizers are really hot! Next time will order wings rather than nuggets as they were a bit hard. Nice place.

Made me sick. Working uptown and being a wing lover I gave this place a try a few times. The first time was great. The wings were tasty. My next two times it was horrible. The wings were over sauced and tasted like they had been sitting around all day. It's too bad because the atmosphere is fun inside.

Best wings in town?. If you like crispy wings and good flavors, this is the place to go to. Cooking wings is what they do best so it is best to stick to wings. I've tried other items and it is mediocre bar food at best. The appetizers are ok but when I need a wing fix, this is the place to go to.
