Taylor made us feel so comfortable. She gave an authentic personality that set the tone for a wonderful experience. She laughed with us and gave personal testimony on items, had tons of patience as she explain the process to bowl building to my sister. Will definitely be returning!

Went for lunch on a Saturday. Ist time going and for some reason, I thought this would be more of a restaurant atmosphere. But, it was more cafeteria style. Stand in line, pick you food, pita or bowl. Tell them what you want on it. Pay for it at the end of the line. Get your own drinks. Everyone has the same size cup. The line moved pretty fast and you get plenty of food. I chose a spicy chicken avocado pita, (without pickled o ions). It looks kinda messy because I asked for extra dressing on it. I did have to wait on it being made, which took several minutes. My lunch companion was kinda disappointed that she didn't see anything about sides. I see them on the online menu but not in the restaurant. I agree some type of side would have tied the meal together. I was a little disappointed, ok a LOT disappointed that the only non-sugar beverage was plain tea and soda, which was basically diet coke. They have all those designer flavored teas/lemonade, and none are sugar-free. They don't clean the tables very often, increasing your chance of sitting at a dirty one and cleaning it yourself. Honestly, the food was fine, but if you take everything and compare to the cost. It's expensive!!

My husband and I had lunch at Cava today for the first time. It was absolutely delicious! The staff was so friendly and the general manager, Jabril, was a top notch guy. We would recommend to anyone! 10/10!!

CAVA @ Park Road is an easy 10/10!!! When I walked in I was instantly welcomed genuinely and kindly!! It really brightened up my day, and the customer service was amazing !!! Gigi, and Ashanti were super polite, and kind and helped me build the best CAVA bowl ever!!! Would totally recommend this CAVA! Delish good and super fun atmosphere!!!

Although I only had a pick up order, I love how I was treated when I entered the store. The customer service is on point. This was my first time trying cava, but the food was so good. It was very refreshing to find a healthier restaurant. I tried falafel for the first time and it was actually really good. I will definitely come back again.

This location always delivers the best service. Tonight Brandon was working all by himself and there was a line of people inside. He worked the grill, register and food line ALL BY HIMSELF. He did an awesome job and got everyone served in a timely manner. I wanted to give him a tip for handling things alone but he said he cannot accept it. Kudos to Brandon!

Shay, Rae, and Lena were so great! We came in after a game (18 of us) and they handled it so well. We got our food super quickly and they were so kind. Definitely recommend!!

My favorite CAVA in town!! I drive from South End to Park Road every week just to go tho this Cava because the employees there are so much nicer. The food is always fresh, and Tay always receives me with a beautiful smile 😍

I stopped in to this location for the first time for takeout and will ABSOLUTELY be returning. Needed a little assistance with the menu and creating a bowl but Shae/Shay was really helpful, patient, and kind. The other young ladies who were working, Tay and Gigi, were pleasant as well and engaged in recipe talk that had me intrigued about what to try next time and feeling like I walked into a "local" spot where they get to know you. I didn't get the chefs name but all of the food looked extremely fresh and well seasoned - excited to get into this sweet and spicy chicken bowl!

I’ve been to Cava and love their food and beverages. Today I stopped in and there was a long line. I almost left. But the staff managed to be not only incredibly friendly but also extremely efficient. Within 5 minutes, I had my food and was on my way. I’ve worked in 7 restaurants, usually as a manager, and I was very impressed with how the staff handled a rush of customers. Great job, Cava!!! Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my first time here, it has lovely decor and feels like a good spot to relax and get some work done. Shay and Dawnte were absolute gems helping us navigate the menu.
