Love everything about Viva Chicken! They offer family, healthy and always fresh options. While my “go to” is usually the Quinoa Stuffed Avocado, they have a new Fall Menu that is out for a limited time and the Chicken Cheesesteak might be my new fav! They also have a light, refreshing Apple Harvest Salad that has all the perfect notes you need in a salad. I usually sit outside on the patio when I can, as it can get a little loud inside and we do “take out” a lot for people on the go!

I recently enjoyed a fantastic meal at Viva Chicken, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The half Pollo a la Brasa was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection – tender on the inside with a crispy skin that had just the right amount of smokiness.
The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was impeccable. Viva Chicken truly knows how to deliver a memorable dining experience.

The food was phenomenal. And the service was great. My server was Morgan Joff and she was just cheery and friendly the entire time. I ordered the friend rice and chicken with a large bowl of fries. I went to Viva and had a great experience. I would like to highlight a worker Michelle, who made sure I had the best experience at viva. She made sure my order got out quickly and efficiently. She had the best customer service that I have ever had experienced in a restaurant. She should definitely get a promotion or something like that.

Today I was craving some chicken so I thought I would stop by Viva. I was immediately greeted by a server named Michelle, who took my order. I am a slightly picky eater and she was able to modify my order to my liking and was super duper kind and patient to me.
Even though it was a busy day, Michelle got my order to me quickly and efficiently. Wow. Let me tell you that that chicken slapped. The green sauce was amazingly delicious and the chicken was very tender. I also loved the Yuca fries that Michelle recommended and it will now be apart of my normal order.
This has been the best experience I’ve had at Viva yet, thanks to both Michelle and the delicious food I got to grub on. I highly recommend this location and viva! Wow.

Always fresh, super healthy and delicious food. Tacu bowl is highly recommended. Lila ( not sure of spelling) took my order today. Friendly fast service. She made sure I got my reward points. Also Lila explained they have gift cards for 50 dollars and then give you 10 dollars credit to use in January and February 2024. I purchased two 50 dollar cards today and got 20 dollar credit on my account. Great gift deal.

This experience was so refreshing. The chicken is phenomenal! The Peruvian rice is so flavorful (wasn’t a fan of the cilantro rice) and the yucca was like potato wedges and perfectly crisp! I like the green sauce. The passion fruit drink was tasty too 😋 I’m eating here again tomorrow!

I went to viva a couple of days ago to get some chicken soup for my mom that was getting surgery done due to her cancer and a young lady named Roslyn greeted me with such a big smile and such a warm welcome . She was so polite and so patient with me while I was trying to understand the menu . Roslyn even wished my mom a speedy recovery and that absolutely warmed my heart up! I absolutely love the customer service I received at viva, definitely made me long time customer after that day! If you are looking for an amazing customer service & food viva is the place to go!!

I went to eat at Viva Chicken with two of my good friends and we had Roslyn at the cash register. She was very sweet and down to earth. The restaurant was clean and we had gotten passion fruit juices to drink. Roslyn brought our food to us and wished us a good meal and it was very good. Def recommend 10/10

Food is consistently good and service is great! The arroz chaufa is surprisingly authentic despite the quick-service atmosphere. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. One of the staff members, Rosalyn, was very nice and recommended the green beans when we couldn’t decide on a side and they were so good!!! Definitely recommend for quick service and delicious Peruvian food!

We really enjoy the overall experience at this Viva Chicken location in Waverly. The Chicken quarters is always tasty when we order. The Chaufa rice served vegetarian style in itself is of good quality ant very filling. Served with a side of fried Yuca, it is highly recommended to use their green dipping sauce! Enjoy a fair price, and great accommodations onsite to dine in.

My company recently ordered catering from Viva Chicken for a business lunch. The food was delicious and everyone was pleased to have an option that was different than our usual sandwich and salad offerings. I worked with Elaine, the catering manager, and her communication was wonderful. She was super responsive to all of my questions and ensured that everything was taken care of so that I didn't have to worry. We will definitely be using their catering service again!
