Love this place! In my opinion it is one of the best pizzas in University. I grew up in Boston and am used to awesome authentic pizza which is hard to find in Charlotte. But this place is great and prices are pretty good. Highly recommended!

The chicken wasn't the best slightly rubberish. Dough is perfect despite one slice being covered in flour on the bottom. The music is SO loud.

Absolutely exceptional! I called in to make sure my order was correctly submitted as the online system was a bit confusing. Heathers customer service was outstanding. She reassured me that my order would be perfect with fast delivery! My order arrived shortly and it was delicious. David, the kitchen manager does a great job - definitely my new favorite local pizzeria.

My boyfriend and I love this place! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They're very accommodating to a gluten free diet, they even switch to new knives to cut the pizza! Food is always delicious as well! We've never been disappointed! One of our favorite places to eat in the neighborhood!

I recently had a pizza and salad from Farley's and noticed they've changed their recipe. I found the crust to be crispy and the sauce flavorful. I was very impressed with my salad! The lettuce and veggies were so fresh and crisp that I didn't need much dressing, which is delicious and made in house. I wasn't sure what to order and the manager William was kind enough to patiently help me create a pizza with toppings I liked. He later came out to check in with me on the outcome. The Farley's staff is friendly and the restaurant is always neat when I come. It's refreshing to go to a fast food place with a manager like William, who isn't too busy to take time to make each customer feels important. I noticed during my meal that he recognized regulars when they walked in and knew their preferences. I will be coming back!

Pleasantly surprised! Being able to get a personal pizza half and half specialty without being charged extra is a rarity. I will for sure be back. My picky opinionated son enjoyed his cheese pizza and killed the breadsticks without so much as blinking his eye. He is a hard to impress. The curb side delivery also was a pleasant and welcoming surprise.

Our family thought the food was delicious! We tried the BBQ chicken pizza with buffalo sauce instead of BBQ and everyone loved it. It's so hard to find good pizza, I'm glad we gave it a try. We will definitely be back.

After trying one of my coworker's lemon pepper wings, I just had to have an order of my own! The best lemon pepper wings I've had in Charlotte; HANDS DOWN! I've been there 3 times in just one week, and the customer service is impeccable. Heather greeted me on my last visit and to be honest the amount of enthusiam, dedication, and care she has for not only her position, but that business is unmatched. She had great energy, great conversation, and was very personable with all her customers. I'll be back to check out the rest of the menu!!

When I work late and don’t feel like cooking when I get home, Farley’s always saves the day! The pasta and bread is always fresh. The pepperoni rolls are soooo good. If I carry out my order, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. My favorite Italian spot!

Great little pizza joint. Wings, salads, pizzas, strombolis, etc. Took my daughters on a Saturday afternoon, they had 3 TVs of college football, they let us pick the games. Service was great, employees were happy, they truly catered to us. Draft local beers in ice cold glasses. Pizza was great, so were the prices. I'd go back for sure, wish we lived nearby.

This is the best pizza and bread sticks that I've had in Charlotte since I moved here six years ago. I'm so happy to finally have found a place that has pizza with an actual crust and not that super thin NY style that falls apart if you add toppings.

Farley's is a simple place with a simple menu and a simple goal: to serve great-tasting pizza and pasta and to do so with a smile. And I don't use "simple" as a negative thing. It's easy to order here because the menu is flexible yet focused on what they do best.
I've eaten here a handful of times, sometimes alone and sometimes with my family of five. We always leave pleasantly full and happy about our decision to visit the place. The pasta is great, the salad ingredients are fresh, and the bread sticks are some of my favorite anywhere!
Additionally -- and this is the stuff that really stands out -- I have on a couple of occasions had the staff point out to me some small mistake in their preparation of my order (before I ever noticed) and then correct the problem quickly, completely, and generously.
Favorite dish: build-your-own pasta (penne) with the spicy pink sauce, mushrooms and spinach.

Sadly Farley's is going downhill. The menu is constantly changing so as soon as you find something you love you can be sure it won't be on the menu for much longer. Service is also getting slower and slower. We ordered a thin crust veggie pizza - our usual. I called wellness fan so I could run some errands before picking it up. I arrived 25 minutes after my order was placed and the pizza was still not ready. No explanation and this has to be one of the fastest cooking pizzas they sell. I think they didn't even start cooking it until I arrive to pick it up. This may well be our last order at Farley's. I am willing to pay more for a local pizza place, but the pizza isn't that much better and at least I have consistency with some of the chains.

Ballantyne location on Lancaster hwy spoke with a john .Ordered a can soda chips and philly cheesesteak with lettuce and tomatoes and mushrooms added only to receive just meat on a burnt bun . John them manager offered a free sub but didn't apologize or offer to bring condiments or replacement although my job is around the corner did not enjoy lunch today and I doubt I'll be back for the free sub due to the lack of customer service also paid 3 dollars in deliver on top of another 3 dollars for for tip total came up to 15 for a burnt sub I don't have the energy or time to drive up there today so this review is a warning not to order online for delivery complete hit or miss

I visited on Thursday for a sub to go and it was good. I picked up a take home menu and ordered from it for delivery on Saturday night. Was told what I ordered was not available (regular spaghetti vs baked spaghetti). I was charged about $4.00 more than their menu price and got the baked version instead. I also ordered the meatballs and got 3 at a price of almost 70 cents apiece! Not happy with this place and probably will not buu from them again!

A big bug was in my son’s salad & they offered a store credit!!! My son’s insisted he wanted his money back, then they said they would charge his card!!! Calling the health department it was a large black bug crawling around in the salad!!! We are never going back to this place again!!

Ordered last night from the Mineral Springs location, Baked Tortellini and a Stromboli. The stromboli was over half uncooked dough in the middle. This was the second time this has happened. Replacement was brought out and guess what? It was also over half uncooked dough. We once ordered every week (or at least every other) but this is the last.

I just spoke with the GM for a different reason, but I have been meaning to write a review since I've tried Farley's. This is probably my favorite pizza in Charlotte. Their lunch specials are reasonable and they never overcook the broccoli which is rare. I highly recommend them and look forward to my next visit. Their customer service has always been friendly and welcoming. Their food has never been a disappointment. Can't wait to try their wings and pasta next. Yum! Thanks ya'll!!
