I love Pasta & Provisions in Charlotte. I just moved here from NY and have been on the search for great pasta and sauce. None will ever taste as good as my Grandma’s and Aunt Nancy’s but Pasta & Provisions comes close. I love their marinara, meatballs and vodka sauce. The eggplant parm is great too

I was in town visiting. I got the eggplant parmesan. A little disappointed because while it was tasty and the sauce delicious, it wasn't eggplant parm. Just sliced eggplant in marinara. Maybe rename it so customers aren't confused?
