Very good hamburger and fries. I like the Smokeshack burger with the peppers and sauce. It’s deliciously tart and piquant. The fries are pretty bland on their own but with the cheese and chili, it’s pretty great. The burgers cost a little more than they should but it is great. Just a quality regular burger.
Fantastic first experience at the Park RD location. I totally thought we were at a steak & shake haha but this was much better. I wish they had a kids menu and kid portion sizes but the staff was awesome at being able to help me navigate the menu to find the most kid friendly options aka a regular burger, chicken bites, hotdog, grilled cheese (which isn't listed on the menu) and a BLT. The crinkle fries were good & the shakes were a hit!
The two females working at the register today were super patient and friendly and the food was delicious. We will definitely consider coming back if we are in the area.
The inside lobby was clean for how busy it was and the only thing that was a challenge was parking but that's because the lot is shared with an AMC theater and other restaurants. Very cool, social area.
I ordered the smoke shack burger with the concord grape juice. I really enjoyed it. The cherry peppers is a nice and unique ingredient to have on a burger. The taste of the burger meat reminds me of Culver's but I think Shake Shack is slightly better. The service was great. Establishment was clean and not too busy.
I would definitely come back and recommend others to give them a try.
One word.....solid! The staff here are engaged and happy every time I go. My order is always correct, hot, and fresh. I love the vibe here, too. A lot of energy with people eating in and outdoors. I love the milkshakes, thick but enough to allow some melting action to happen, best fries, especially when they are straight out of the fryer, and the junior burger. My only criticism is the Chick'n Bites. They were a bit too greasy and had zero flavor. I will stick to my original go-to menu and ain't complaining!
Great greasy, salty smash burgers! Tried the Hot Ones sauce on the side, it has a strong but slow building heat. And it's tasty!
Had to dock a star for service because they got my partner's order wrong and we had to wait for an entire fresh burger to be made.
Side note for Shake Shack- consider not wrapping lettuce around the burger if someone asks for lettuce buns. They will be inedibly soggy by the time someone sits down to eat it lol. Just put the lettuce in a little fry bag.
I like this place and admittedly am somewhat addicted to their burgers. In comparison - I'd rather have a meal here than at any other comparable. Staff is always friendly and those burgers (Homer Simpson drooling......).
The burgers were really good, but more expensive than I initially thought they'd be. They're a decent size, the beef was seasoned well and had those nice crispy bits that you get with a good smashed burger, the potato bun is soft and delicious and the fries were okay. The lemonade was wonderful.
Shake Shack is pretty consistent with their product customer service is friendly courteous and patient when you're trying to figure out what to order. Your food is always at a nice temperature and taste is always fantastic.
It seems like each location has a similar but different set up depending up on if it's a free-standing building or if it's inside adjoining building. This location was clean and comfortable

I was craving a chicken sandwich from a chick fil a but the line was literally down the road. The chicken sandwiches here are much better anyway!
I like that they have a kiosk to order at so you can get your order in pretty quickly.
The people that work there are super nice and outgoing too. It’s not easy to keep that up in the food industry.
However… I do not want to know how many calories are in the shakeI got! 😂
Please give them a raise. They’re clearly working their butts off and it shows.
The aroma of a great meal hits your nose as soon as you walk in. The building is clean, and modern. The restaurant has a good size with inside and outdoor seating. There are several signature sandwiches to choose from. There are signature shakes as well, the wait time can be long depending on the order, but worth the wait.
