My husband and I were hungry and stopped in to eat. I asked about vegan options. While they did not have vegan options at this location, Serena was so sweet and attentive. She made me feel good. I really appreciated that. The place was clean and I would eat here again.

Can never go wrong with Panera. Great friendly customer service and even better food. I just wanted a simple breakfast this am so I got my fave cinnamon crunch bagel and an iced coffee. Sat inside and enjoyed it and it was as amazing as it always is.

I always wished there was a review option beyond 5 stars. Yesterday, we visited for a smoothie and were greeted the moment we walked through the door by Piper. She was genuinely excited to welcome us and went above and beyond shortly after our child got sick before ordering. I’ll save the details, but Piper and the entire Panera team showcased a level of care and compassion that was familial and rare. Thank you!

Stopped for coffee and breakfast. Employee at cash register named MOY was fantastic! She offered to help me prepare iced coffee and even walked me back to where it was located. She called me by name and asked me to return. Please not only keep Moy, but reward her for being GREAT!!!! I will return and ask for her.

Counter staff was not familiar with product. Got a white bread sliced. Didn’t realize it was sliced so thick. Made the best French toast ever. $12.00 for a bread It was tasty

I love their Fuji apple salads and the chicken is almost always plentiful and top notch. The only salad I love better from Panera is their seasonal strawberry poppy seed. My only complaint is the tiny tablespoon of napa almond chicken salad on my sandwich that I can barely taste against the absurdly thick bread slices and heaping mound of greens which have caused me to stop ordering this particular item. It's a shame since it was one of my favorites before this location became so stingy with it.

Just wanted to say that Jeremiah at this location is SO AWESOME!! He helped me in a time of need. I visited another Panera location and their customer service was not good AT ALL. I contacted this location and Jeremiah made it right. I was going to stop giving Panera my business because of the bad experience, but after working with Jeremiah who had compassion, was knowledgeable and helpful, ONLY THE ARBORETUM location will get my business. Thanks Jeremiah!

They deliver! Using their app & having them deliver soup when 2 people in your household have colds was perfect! They ran out of soup yesterday (they apologized and offered to give me something else to which I turned down because all I wanted was soup) so we tried again today. I ordered much earlier than yesterday. The man who bought it to us was very kind & helpful.
