I love the brisket quesadilla! I always get this from On The Boarder and it never misses! My wife tries different items and I attached a few pics. Service is usually good but sometimes can be a little slow but overall a good spot to eat.

The food & drinks were enjoyable & our server was very nice. I enjoyed the margarita flight, for only $10! I would definitely visit this location again.

It wasn't busy for a Sunday afternoon (very few people there) so I was a little concerned. But, the food was great and they even accommodated several special requests. Thanks to our server for patiently helping us with our requests and making the outing fun. My only complaint was our server seems to have been primarily working another section as we only saw her periodically.

We visited after watching a movie at nearby AMC Northlake 14. I had the Borderrito I think it is called which is a fairly large burrito and it was amazing! Although I could only finish half. My lovely lady had a burrito bowl and she loved it as well. The beer was cheap and on special and she loved her margaritas. Destiny was our server and she was great! Very friendly, accommodating, and fast.

Our service was good. I really can’t complain. I don’t agree with a lot of these negative reviews, the food was just as good as any other chain restaurant. Our waitress was great.

This was a very nice place to visit and have dinner, or to share some chips and drinks with friends. I really like it, but the service was slow because there was only one waitress for all the place. She was nice and fast, but there was a lot of work for just one person. Maybe it was a coincidence and that is not usual in this place. The food was good and I enjoyed the decoration of the place.

Me and the ladies had a shopping day at the mall 11/12/22 and decided to stop by On The Border for a bite instead of eating in the mall and were we in for a treat!! It was a fairly good size group of ladies and since it was a impromptu visit we didn’t have reservations but the restaurant accommodated us without complaint and quickly. We chose to sit out on the patio. They food was good, the typical Mexican restaurant food. But it was the overall extraordinary service and overall patience that we received from our waiter JOSH ( who took a selfie) see Josh below in pic gallery. He was very attentive, kind, upbeat and even assisted us in taking photos for our group! He is amazing and made our visit fun and worthwhile. Next time I’m visiting in Charlotte I will make a stop to On The Border! Thanks Josh!!

My husband and I went here two days before Thanksgiving around 3 p.m. Even though it wasn't that crowded it took a while before we got our food. I'm sure it was due to the holiday and there were not that many people working . It's good that they give you free chips and salsa. However when the food came out it was definitely worth waiting for. Nice atmosphere, great waitress named Emily. I had brisket quesadilla and my husband had tacos. The house margaritas were a bargain for $4. We will definitely return.

The frozen margarita is so refreshing and their birria tacos are delicious! Only thing is they are super slow due to staffing shortage. Other than that everything is normally pretty good.
