Excellent sandwich and soup at this place. The food is quite good, the price is reasonable. You order through the screen, so interactions with the staff are very minimal - but the one I interacted with is quite pleasant and friendly.
The place is very comfortable to sit on. The place is not too crowded, and the lights of the place is relaxing. Parking is easy at this place.

I hadn't been to Panera Bread in a long while, but I'm glad I went. The service was so efficient and the workers were polite. The food was extremely tasty and filling. The atmosphere was pleasant and it was clean, including the restrooms. Worth every penny.

Great food and overall positive experience here. I did a mobile order pickup for this. I have eaten here before this as well and the experience has been fine.
At this visit I was a little puzzled why my order wasn't on the shelf. I had to follow around the guy who seemed to be running the operation after I stood at the front under the rapid pick up sign waiting for someone to tell me where my food was. When I finally got to talk to him, he said someone/people had come in was causing chaos at the pick up area so they had to move all pick up items behind the counter. At least for that I was grateful my order was saved.
The food was piping hot and smoothie was cold and delicious! Thank you!

They were out of a few sides when I got there later in the evening, but the dinner I ordered was delicious and fresh. Fast and friendly service. Convenient location near shopping center.

Such a wonderful Panera! Fresh food, great staff, decently priced! Love their BBQ Ranch! Broccoli chedder soup is my favorite with a baguette! Love love this restaurant! Good location for shopping and lunch!

I’ve had some pretty bad experiences at other Panera locations closer to the city. Wasn’t sure what to expect with it being my first time at this one, but I was delightfully pleased. The food came out fast. We usually have a semi complicated order with our sandwiches but the kitchen executed it perfectly. I could hear the food runner and the kitchen communicating effectively and that’s what makes a smooth running machine out of a business. Thanks for having us and thanks for the delicious lunch. Kudos!

Becky is the best I am only going to this location just for her! I was having an awful day at work and her spirit just really made me appreciate good people she was so polite and happy about her job I have never had an experience like it and I eat out a lot i just love her!

My 5 stars are for the way I was treated, the employees are so nice and work fast, but the food wasn’t good I bought a melted baguette but nothing was melted lol it was just bread, barely cheese barely sauce I mean melt for me meaning something being melted inside my baguette but it was just the toasted baguette.. Really sad I paid 17 dollars not fair 😕

Walk in, immediately greeted by cashier Corey and felt right at home! Very friendly and polite service! Food was made promptly and they guys making food made some good conversation as they prepared everything. This is the go to Panera in the area!

Not the nicest Panera Bread location. My food was good but I personally was not to comfortable with the homeless man sleeping in one of the booths. I really enjoyed the panera itself such as the food and employees but the location is not the best.

First it was hard to find an empty table. To me it was too expensive for lunch considering I had a bowl of soup, half a sandwich and a drink. It was $12.

Just a stern warning. I typically love Panera and always will but this location is pretty full of aggressive panhandlers. As a woman it is very intimidating. My husband and I were approached last week by a panhandler inside Panera who was definitely stoned and again today I was alone having a one to one meeting with another female client when a pan handler came and aggressively laid across our table and demanded money fromus. I was so shocked. I will be having a conversation with the GM. They better be implementing a security team because this is just getting very serious and they need to address this problem to make their . People please beware.... very scary.

The food was gross, they have really fallen off. The "chicken" on my sandwich DEFINITELY came from a can. The person taking my order acted as if she didn't want to be there....come to think about it, so did every staff member.

Seriously, Panera Bread?! I paid $6 for this "sandwich" (on the right). Just to put it into perspective, my baguette (on the left) is bigger than the sandwich!! Heck, even the little side container of dressing is half as big as the sandwich!!!! This is ridiculous!

I really wanted a salad and soup for lunch. Tried to call order in and made a connection with rudest employee ever! Just wanted soup and salad . How hard could that be? If you did not want to take order, you should have passed the phone to someone else. Needless to say I did not have soup and salad for lunch. Lenny's on S Tryon was happy to sell me a meal and also put coupons in bag for my next visit.
