Went on a late afternoon. We were the only customers in the restaurant at the time.
The order clerk was very pleasant and accommodating. However, the side orders got messed up.
My wife's buger was heavily charred, but was replaced with no hassle.
Really liked the rosemary and garlic mixture on the fries and tater toots.

I always order my burger online. It's the easiest way. I never cared for any of their fries so I never order those. No complaints. Burger is good as always and fresh.

I had them in Colorado last year, the menu is smaller here in NC. Yet super yummy. Had the Colorado burger, so juicy... I must try if you like burgers. I was in a hurry so sorry for not getting more pic's, I'd get them for you all next time.

We had a great experience. It has been a long time since being here, but we were the first ones in the door and we were greeted kindly, the manager clearly reviewed the order with us, and served quickly. The food was awesome! Just one personal preference is I thought the fries had a lot of oil on them, but overall a great experience and we will be back sooner. The whole staff was amazing and the attention to detail and cleanliness was 10/10!

We had the black bean burger and the double spicy burger for the first time. My fiance loved it as she is a vegan. My burger was awesome! My review is to tell you to go try it! The customer service was awesome! The manager came by our table and checked on us twice.

Awesome awesome burger!!! I had a regular double smash burger. Cooked great and wasn’t salty at all!! The toppings was fresh and I got the famous smash sauce on the side. Only took one star away because the fries are thin and was cooked to long. Also location only take card no cash or anything else. Imagine going inside smelling the delicious food thinking you are about to get a great burger and you only have cash on you lol. Other than that great burgers would definitely go back again.

Nestled in between Chick fil A and Wendy's is SMASH BURGER! Looking for something other than the run of the mill @ a decent price. I found this joint. Very clean, friendly, helpful food establishment.
Food was hot and fast. Fresh ingredients and service was good. Definitely recommend

If you're like me and you love a great burger come to the Smash Burger on Rea Rd. The restaurant is exceptionally clean (front and back house), and that shows attention to detail. That detail also comes out in the flavor of the burgers. The temperature of the burger was right and the seasoning was on point. Yum! As I was eating, Joba the GM, came out and checked in and everyone around me had nothing but good things to say. And I agree. Give them a try!

Good for a quick pre-movie dinner. Have always loved their smash fries 🍟, so very delicious! Quick and friendly service. Biggest disappointment (are you listening corporate?) they discontinued the salted caramel shakes on the menu! No, No, No!
