We were seated quickly and the service was outstanding! The food was delicious and I love the bottomless fries.
Reminds me of home :). Im a native of CA but have lived in Charlotte for a while. Red Robins teriyaki chicken sandwich is as close to a california favorite as possible and everything else on the menu is great. This is an easy recommendation for anyone who hasnt tried it yet.
It's ok. I liked it ok. The service was spot on but the menue was not very vegan friendly. However they were very kid friendly. My salad was good but a bit over priced for what it was.
It's a step up from fast food.

Our family of 5 stopped in for a late lunch / early dinner yesterday. We were greeted and seated quickly. Sam was our server and she was awesome! Our food came out quick, was nice and hot and tasted amazing! A lil delay on getting fries refilled but they were short staffed on a holiday weekend so it was understandable. Had sone trouble playing at the table off their little tablet thing but Sam settled us very quickly. We'll definitely eat at this location again. Thank you for the great service!
After taking the team as REALTORS® to the movies we voted for Red Robin. Upon entry we were seated immediately and our server was so nice! Our drinks came out quickly. The food was out FAST! The burger was juicy and I enjoyed seasoning my own fries using Red Robin's seasoning. Next, I knew the whole table was getting another round of their bottomless fries. Wow. The server was nice enough to ask. Using the kiosk at the table we laughed and played games then paid. Very convenient. Enjoyable!

We was here to pick up the food to go, Jimmi and Izzy attend me and they resolved all my questions. They are smiling guys and attend me very kind. Thanks also to all team that they do something to this restaurant better every day!
Husband and I decided to have a late lunch, early dinner yesterday and Alicia was our waitress. The food and atmosphere is always good there, however, she made it extra pleasant with her attention to detail and lovely personality. Good service is hard to come by, so I truly appreciate her.
One of my son's favorite places...I think it's b/c he can play games on their system while we eat! 🤣 Also, they give a menu with activities for the kids on one side & the food on the other. Hubby & I enjoy playing the games with our son too.
It's a good way for younger kids to learn how to choose what they want to eat/drink and then order themselves.
I had the fish & chips meal. Substituted the chips for onion rings. Fish was cooked a little too long, but it was still good. Son had the personal sized 🍕 w/ 🍟. He didn't really like the pizza but loved the fries & ate most of my onion rings. Normally, he gets the mini corn dogs but wanted something new. Drinks were refilled regularly. Fish meal about $17 (which I thought was a little high). His meal was around $10. Our waiter checked on us regularly, asked if we wanted to take our drinks to go. Overall, they're known for their burgers which are normally really good!
After seeing a good movie my real estate partner and I headed to Red Robin. I hadn’t been here in awhile, and decided to get Buzzin’ Chicken Sandwich instead of a burger. Such a great move on my part! If you like a little bit of spice you have to try it, so yummy. Maddie are server was excellent! She was attentive and even watched a tiktok I found cool. 😂Those cat tiktok get me ever time. 🤷🏼♀️
We've always liked their burgers and this time was no exception. We moved away from one that's nearby for us, so while in the Charlotte area, we ate here with our son.
I enjoy the small typical tavern burger, but our son and my husband gets their more gourmet burgers.
Their malts are delicious.
The food was good, and the milkshake was delicious. Service took a while to get us started off, and the manager came to apologize, saying it's because our server has been using the bathroom... I didn't need to know that. I almost walked when that happened, but we stayed, and once the ball started rolling, everything was great from then on.
Would go again if I am on that side of town.
After having an horrible experience with eggs at another restaurant. I must say Red Robin has brought that tasted egg back that I love!! This place was great!! Excellent customer service, excellent food, & the drinks were perfect!! I’ll be back tomorrow ✊🏽😎
The reviews were true about the smell. It legit stinks like dirty mop. But the front of house staff were very polite and friendly. My food was AMAZING, it really smacked. Back of house staff a bit loud but that’s expected of kitchen. It would’ve been a 5 if it wasn’t for the smell.
