Service seemed pretty slow. There were a lot of employees who didn’t seem to be doing much while the one cashier dealt with a long line of people. Other than that, this is pretty run of the mill starbucks. It is a bit small because it is in the mall. Coffee tasted fine.
Literally, the nicest barista ever, Shae, totally made my day. Her energy is contagious and her effervescence permeates through the store. You can tell she truly cares about making the customer happy and loves her job. Thank you Shae for making my birthday week awesome.
I just had the most wonderful start to my weekend here! I entered to the whole team saying “Hello!” individually. That has merit on it own. Shaee was so confident, casual, and most of all, Kind! She has “Love” printed beside her name; she is spreading just that! While I waited for my coffee, I heard 2 separate parties say “wow, thank you, that was so fast” Starbucks Regional Managers - are you taking note? These are your employees who are doing their due diligence and making a difference, each day at this location. Thank you!
The staff is friendly enough. I overheard them talking about improving the inside of their space. They actually seemed like they want to improve for the benefit of their customers! I ordered an iced latte and it was great. They went very heavy on the ice so I feel like I didn’t get my money’s worth, but that’s partly my fault for not telling them light ice. The space is very small and the seating is limited, just FYI.
If you go here and get gia or Alex or any of the other awesome baristas you're gonna have a great experience! Super kind, very quick, the store is clean, and best of all MY DRINK IS ALWAYS CORRECT! I rarely go to Starbucks but this place converted me to a regular. With a dope staff and great service I just can't get enough!
Like many chains the experience is consistent. Is also consistently overpriced for what it is. It is a good quality however. They do hustle and try to make the waits short., if you want to wait inside and consume your beverage there is ample room and often freewifi.
I always get the best service. Friendlist Starbucks staff in this area. Always welcoming and personable!
