Insomnia Cookies

I had an issue with an order for doordash, something happened where the driver disappeared. Anyway, Simone was awesome in handling the issue, I did my part and contacted doordash she reran my order. Even followed up with me when my order was picked up! Perfect example why I will be ordering again from this location. Simone is awesome.

Walked in late night after a cool concert at the spectrum center only to find some gluten-free cookies and a very nice person working here. After a few drunk people got out of the way we had a really nice chat with the server who was nice. The cream cheese frosting was crazy good... I'm not so certain that the gluten-free cookies we got were gluten free but they were wonderful whatever the heck it was we ate lol I think that this stuff is probably pre-made and baked later but late night all bets are off. The ice cream situation was Blue Bell which not crazy about anyways but there were only three kinds of ice cream left and what they had left didn't look great. The cookies were pretty decent the frosting was amazing and the person who worked there was even better.

Is there anything better than warm cookies? This takes me back to college. The cookies are gooey and absolutely delicious. And now you can add ice cream too! I will say, while both the ice cream and cookie were awesome, I probably wouldn't put ice cream on top of the cookie again because it made the cookie harder than it usually would be. I got the snickerdoodle cookie with blueberry cream pie ice cream. Both were incredibly delicious flavors. I will never be able to walk by here without stopping in for a warm, gooey cookie!
