Great customer service and attention to the people they're serving every visit. A great menu of different and delicious items. The burritos are huge lol. Big enough for 2. I love them. The California wet burrito is my new favorite. I usually get the orange chipotle chicken burrito. They also have the all natural nature made drinks that I like and a great variety of fresh vegetables to add to your burrito, Taco or whatever you order.

We all heard about $2 Taco Tuesdays but the Burrito Factory has made it even better by offering $1 tacos on Tuesdays. Chicken tacos were my favorite between Beef & Chicken. They also offer pork & will try those next time. Their chips & queso was very tasty. They were very busy & not a ton of seating so you might have to share tables with other parties. They are first come first seated. Overall experience was good & will return.

The best tacos & burritos in town. If only I knew where the cooks went. It doesn't appear to be getting renovated as no contractor have been down there. All the mom & pop business go down hill once they are sold.
I hope they open back up soon as I never missed a week 🥲

It’s now been 3+ weeks of not being open. I’m pretty sure they have Closed Permanently unless otherwise advised by the staff. This is unfortunate if so..
Great food, best burritos in Charlotte but what are your business hours?? Ate here two weeks ago and everything seemed normal. Have tried to go or contact them 3 different times in the past 10 days and haven’t been open or no answer. What is going on? Put a note in the door to let the customers know when you will be open again please…

The staff is fantastic. They’re happy to have guests to serve and they serve you well. The burrito is packed full of amazing food. This concept has been performed by a couple other restaurants, however, the Burrito Factory provides you with authentic flavors in one easy to enjoy vessel. Get extra sauce for the burrito and thank me later. Worth every penny!

This place is absolutely amazing! Great burritos and very kind staff. I hope one day they start selling breakfast burritos some day because I could eat here for every meal! There also seems to be a big gap in the Charlotte market for casual breakfast burritos. But overall great food and nice people.

This place is absolutely fantastic. From the immaculately kept fresh ingredients of the “toppings bar“ to the amazing care taken to wrap each burrito by hand with a perfect distribution of ingredients and every bite… I just cannot say enough good things about this gem right down the street from my house! The California style chipotle shrimp burrito is absolutely one of the best I have ever had.

Super good food! Really good service too. They have way more interesting menu items than other chain burrito places and they also offer actually spicy items, if you’re in to that (I am). I had a lot of fun choosing my burrito style and toppings and really enjoyed my food.

We ordered quite a bit of food because we’ve never had this place before, so we wanted to make sure we tried the things we’d think we liked. And we weren’t let down! Every meal came with a nice serving size of tortilla chips, which were great btw! The quesadillas and burritos were excellent! A very nice refresher compared to other burrito places like chipotle. My girlfriend went inside and picked up the food and she said the service and employees were very friendly! Definitely would recommend to anyone who’s interested in a low key Mexican restaurant!

Taco Tuesday was delicious. The owner is a really nice guy. Always like coming here. I am seeing less condiments and chips in my box. Please don’t get skimpy guys. What you had was just right. You really can’t go wrong with whatever you order. It’s all good. I will keep coming back as long as things don’t change. I don’t mind paying extra for guacamole. Just don’t nickel and dime us.

We went on taco Tuesday when all tacos are $1 and they were great. The meats are seasoned very well and you can add just about any topping you want. The portions were also hefty. The store is clean. Will be visiting again very soon

The Burrito Factory is one of our favorite places! It's like a much better version of Chipotle - fresher and better variety of ingredients, better portion size for a low price, friendlier staff, plus it's a local business! Definitely vegan friendly - love that they offer tofu.

This place is amazing! Definitely a place to try if you're in the mood for a burrito. They are huge, flavorful, and come out hot hot hot! Chips and salsa alway included. Love that they have daily specials ($5 Burrito Thursday) and a great variety of toppings including several jalapeno/spicy options for spicy lovers.

I love this place! The worker who made my boyfriend and I’s burrito was such a friendly person. We both got the California wet burrito but with steak. I love that it had crispy French fries in it. It made it more crunchy and added texture. Unfortunately we had a gift card and couldn’t use it, the manager wasn’t there so we weren’t sure why. All in all, the food was great.
