The food here is amazing! This is what happens when you can’t choose from the menu. I have been going to CO since the park road location opened.
I make the drive to meet friends in Waverly. Our server Q was phenomenal- she made me two drinks that were fire 🔥
The chef came out to check the food and it was super dope! Also the head chef is A WOMAN!!!!! 😬 we love! 💕
Go try the food! You won’t regret it 🙃
I’ve been eating at the Park Rd location since they’ve opened. I love it. This was my first time at the Waverly location and most likely my last. It was a completely different vibe and I was not impressed at all. For starters we ordered a bottle of wine. After ordering our waiter came back to tell us they were out of that bottle. So we picked another one. A few minutes laterour waiter then returned with an already opened bottle of the first wine we order, said they ended up finding one in the back. He didn’t even check to see if we were still interested in the first bottle. He also just placed the bottle on the table with two glasses and walked away. No offer of a taste test or to pour our first glasses for us. When it came time to order our food I asked him about one of the sushi rolls and he described a completely different roll. I had to point out that the roll I was asking about didn’t have half the things he listed. Once our rolls arrived we realized there was no soy sauce or small dishes on our table for it. We tried flagging down our waiter and ended up having to ask one of the other waiters to bring it. I usually love the sushi rolls I get at the Park Road location but the ones here were just “okay”. Once you picked them up they stared falling apart. There was also a ton of sauce on the rolls overpowering the flavor of the sushi all together. Overall a very disappointing experience.
Co is a great spot in Waverly. We’ve primarily hit it up for happy hour specials. The original cocktail drink specials and happy hour bar menu are fantastic.
This includes sushi and maki rolls as well as fresh sashimi and fried appetizers. The best things we’ve ordered are the Super Crunch Roll and Salmon Carpaccio.
Service is great but parking can be rough if you’re there on a Friday or Saturday at peak times.
A great place for an outdoor lunch with some friends. The outdoor seating was comfortable and we got good service.
The appetizers, the crispy edamame spring rolls and the Malaysian chili wings were excellent in both taste and presentation. I ordered the Samurai Supreme sushi rolls. They were good, but left me craving for more unagi. A great meal overall
This was my first time coming to this restaurant and it did not disappoint! My waitress Lilly was awesome and very knowledgeable about the menu. It didn't take long at all for the food to arrive and it was delicious! 😋 Definitely looking forward to trying CO again soon in the near future.
I had two small plates which was more than enough for dinner. The mango summer rolls were superb (I love cilantro but for those who don't, perhaps pick something different), and the tuna tacos were very good but quite mild. Enjoyed the cucumber mojito. Waiter was very nice, very helpful, attentive and didn't mind how long I was there. Outdoor seating is nice but the sun shines onto it starting about 6 pm so plan accordingly. They have a vegan menu if you ask. The picture attached is only a part of the menu.
I always have an all-around great experience here. The servers are friendly and attentive. I come for the sushi and have loved every roll I’ve tried. The Kung Fu crunch and Lemon rolls are my favorite. (Try dipping them in a little bit of kimchi sauce. So good!) I also enjoy the appetizers, especially the pork and ginger gyoza and spicy crab rangoon. For those who don’t like sushi, my significant other is obsessed with their Banh mi.
Fancy but at the same time chill. Service was very good and not awkward at all as other reviews were saying. You can tell that the food is made with fresh ingredients - this is what makes it delicious. Loved the Thai salmon sushi roll! Definitely coming back to this place.
One of my favorite spots for Chicken Pad Thai! Always a great go-to for me. This was my first time visiting the Waverly location. Just as good as Park Road spot. A little smaller and doesn’t seem as crowded. The food - as always - was fantastic. My favorite drink at CO is the Blackberry Bourbon Fizz cocktail. Not too strong and not too sweet. Very tasty! I definitely recommend the Pork & Ginger Gyoza as a starter. And then I always go with the Chicken Pad Thai. They go heavy on the onions and they are big, so I get it without onions. WARNING: Their spicy is very spicy. CO does a scale of 1 to 3 spice level. I go level 2 and it makes me sweat. 1 being the weakest and 3 spiciest. Good luck with level 3, and let me know how you handle it!!
Very cool joint, nice atmosphere, good food (especially if you are a bit adventurous). Had a great lunch.
