Best Chick-fil-A in the Charlotte area in our opinion. The food is always good quality and the service is typically always good as well.
Took 20 minutes on the drive thru window to get my food and then got warm french fries ....with the volume of business they do why can't I get hot french fries???
It was a smooth experience. They did get the order wrong but the order was put in correctly so the translation got lost between order placing and fulfillment. Still a nice Chick Fil A.
Chicken was flat like everyone else's instead of plump. Fries were only warm not hot as usual
Everyone was very friendly and helpful like always. My food pick up was quick so I was out within 5 minutes.
One of my favorite locations. Just off of Rea road exit from I-485 in the south side of Charlotte. Plenty of parking close by and they have a double drive through.
