Small-town grill even had the checkerboard floors. Great lunch size portions and pretty tasty. I had the chicken tips over rice with fried squash and okra. There were plenty of other side choices as well. Fast service and friendly folks. Well worth the price.
Great family diner. The food was hot and made too order. The waitresses are friendly and talk to you like they've known you forever. And I expensive. Can't beat it.

This place is definitely where the locals eat. Best fried chicken sandwich I've ever had! The building could use a makeover but the staff certainly knows what they are doing. Worth checking out.
Nice small local eatery. Get there early, by 8am the place was packed. Super friendly Southern charm and welcoming greeting from server. Breakfast was served quickly and hot. Tasty biscuits, hash browns not as good as some... Will try the grits next time.
