This is a great sandwich shop. I loved the aesthetic of the restaurant. The best part of this is the chips. Up here you don’t see many places having Zapp’s chips but this places does. The food and the service were all wonderful.
Great lunch and their staff is quick. We went on a weekday during lunch, and there was a line, but it went really fast. The sandwich was great.
The lunch crew is AMAZING! Even when the line is all the way to the door, you’re in and out quickly with a fantastic meal. The food is always fresh and yummy, and the bread is wonderful!
No matter how busy, they’ll happily go the extra mile to accommodate needs or preferences, and already know that I want extra sauce on my meatball sandwich and no may on anything, ever.
The people who work here are friendly and go out of their way for their regulars. (And after two visits, I was a regular.) Anything you need, they’ll get it for you if they can.

Pretty busy at lunch during the week, but the line moved pretty fast. Sandwich tasted good!
Fast, simple and delicious for sandwiches, salads, and soups of the day. Did I mention the shakes? The subs are about 10" or so on a choice of white, wheat or flat bread. What's better is the ability to add extras from bacon, extra meat and/or avocado. Not bad for a chain. I like the fact that they have a reduced Cal section of their menu too (300-350 calories).
Much like any modern sub place, you place your order at one station, and then move on to the toppings. The line, as with any in Uptown, can be quite long if you wait until lunch hour.

Good sandwich shop in Uptown. I typically get the Italian sandwich which has never disappointed. They are known for their hot peppers but I don't usually get them. You have to try the Zapp's chips, I get the voodoo heat ones and they definitely do bring the heat. Its normally not too busy but there will be a wait if you go during the week at lunch at time. Only knock is that the size of the sandwiches are a bit small for the price but it works well for lunch.

Sandwich chain full of toasty goodness! They keep things nice, simple and streamlined. Also a nice selection of shakes and smoothies as an alternative.
