(I'd like to say thank you).The first thing noticed walking in was a cool vibe and comfortable atmosphere everything seemed to be clean and very well-kept the service fast and friendly the Pizza excellent. Luigi's definitely checks all the boxes.Looking forward to exploring more of their menu.

Easily some of the best pizza I've had in a long while. The crust made all the difference. There's a very satisfying crunch when you take that first bite. I had to force myself to not complete the entire personal pan in one sitting 😅. Don't get me started on the fried ravioli. Try it for yourself!

One of the largest and most delicious pizzas I've had in a long, long time. The sauce is not too sweet and the cheese is just right.
Can't wait to try more of the items on the menu, but you can not go wrong with their pizza. Great prices too.

Don’t listen to the haters and negative reviews! This place is legit... as good as it gets for NYC style pizza. The owner knows exactly how to make the perfect crust. The sauce has the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. The prices are also perfect. Go here and stop searching!!! We will be back 1000 times over.

The people that work there are ALWAYS friendly, especially the men in the front that make the pizza. They go out of their way to greet you and sometimes even have a conversation! I am a native New Yorker. I have had pizza in various areas of Charlotte BUT this is the BEST Pizza 🍕 in Charlotte hands down 🔥

The food was excellent. Great NY style pizza, plus they have Sicilian style!! The fried ravioli was yummy. We sat outside and the table was roomy with comfy chairs.

If I did not love their pizza, I would shake my head. We called and asked for one meatball hero.then we asked if we could get meatballs in a pan with sauce and cheese.what, huh, like a meatball hero without bread.Oh we can do that, a small salad and 38.00. I get two meatball hero’s on bread and the spelling ugh.i wish i could include pictures

Not only do they have the best pizza, their customer service is amazing. Anytime I have to order pizza for a corporate event, I order from Luigi's. My orders have always been hot, fresh, on time, and delicious!

This was my first time visiting this location, and only my 2nd time eating at Luigi’s. Everyone was very genuine and friendly and eager to help out. I called ahead to order and the food was right and ready on time. They were busy, but the person working the register took time to chat with everyone who walked up and really make them feel welcome. The pizza is NY style, so thin and very large slices, the kind that hang off the edge of your plate. The sauce is delicious and good coverage with the toppings. Will definitely be going back!

Delicious. The buttery breaded chicken parm pizza is fantastic. I even appreciated an extra slice of pizza with my order, because the cook said my pie came out as 19 inches instead of 20 inches. Love that they sell slices too.

Crappy music piped all over the restaurant - which is tiny. Thirty cents for a cup for water - no option for a lid. High priced pizza for something that isn't unique for the Charlotte area. Not sure when they last cleaned the restaurant, but they should use the thirty cents per cup of water to pay a cleaning crew to come help out. Not worth a another visit.
