I wish I could give this place 10 stars. If you have a chance you NEED to go here. The customer service is immaculate. The food is astounding. My taste buds experienced euphoria today. The music and environment are perfect and it feels like being with family. We came in a group and they treated us amazingly.

The food was absolutely delicious. Oh my goodness. The flounder was so soft, and the macaroni with lobster was banging. Definitely a go to spot. Even though I had 6 trays... the wait was longer than expected, but I suppose you can't rush perfection. The bill for the 6 trays was well worth it also. No complaints.

My family was visiting the area and decided to give this place a try. As soon as we walked in we knew we choose the right place. The staff was amazing and very helpful. We ordered the Chefs Platter special to try a little of everything. Everything was delicious. The price was great. No crumbs were left! The presentation was everything! The lobster Mac was a big hit. This is our new go-in Charlotte.

Great service and friendly folks. Got the shrimp and grits which is creamy and good. Also got the fried shrimp, lobster Mac, and jerk wings. Jerk wings aren't too spicy don't be scared. Wish the lobster Mac came with a little more lobster but the meal was fresh and delicious ✊🏾

What a gem! Had to get flavored wings (lemon pepper) with the lobster Mac and cheese 🤤🤤 I have dreams about this plate from time to time. It’s a bit greasy but that’s how it has to be! Would definitely go again!

Vonnie and Meeka were super cool and accommodating. Very friendly staff. Food is BOMB!!! My sister and I had the fried shrimp, fish n lobster Mac as well as the shrimp n grits!! Will DEFINITELY be back ASAP. Highly recommend!

I tried the lemon pepper wings with crab Mac n cheese (penne noodles instead of macaroni noodles). Taste is ok. The wings are fried hard (a little too hard for my liking). My husband had the fish tacos (which are DELICIOUS). We both got strawberry banana pudding that has 4 wafers on top. Those will be the ONLY wafers in your pudding 😫. We spent $63 for this entire meal including drinks. Not worth the price for quantity and quality in my opinion.

I've driven past this place a thousand times and never noticed it, but today it popped up on my Google food search for lunch. Man I'm glad I viewed the menu. Everything looks so good. I went with the shrimp, fish and lobster Mac combo with a side of Cajun tartar! Everything was absolutely delicious. Employees were very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to come back and try some wings and waffle!!

I got the Sunday special for $20.00. The Sunday special came with six sides (including lobster 🦞 mac and cheese 🧀 ) fried chicken 🍗, drink, cornbread 🍞and dessert 🎂.
The food is good 👍. I like the chicken; it was fried extra hard. I like mine not fried as hard. The food was seasoned well.
The security guard was way extra; get against the wall, get closer to the food line. I felt like I was in a county jail chow line... The dude loves his job, lol 😆

I ordered a $22.5 oyster shrimp and lobster, and it’s really tasty! Sauce was included but it’s not in my picture, anyway the sauce is perfect with oyster and shrimp. And portion as you can it’s large enough, as a male I feel very full after finishing this. Staff are nice too, recommend it.

It was my first time here. Came there for after lunch early dinner. Greeted at the door by the big security guy. Walk up to the counter to order, you give your name, pay, seat yourself, and they will bring your food out to you when it is ready operation. Before I paid, she asked me if it's was ok that the food would take about 25 minutes to be ready. The customer service is great. I ordered fried oysters and fries to eat there. I also ordered 5 lemon pepper wings and 5 mambo sauce wings to go. The oysters were very good, seasoned well, and fried right, but they were too small. The waffles fries were good. The lemon pepper wings did not have enough lemon flavor and fried a little too hard. The mambo sauce wings have a very nice flavor. They were good, but they also were fried a little too hard. The wings are not whole wings. I wish places start using the correct description of wings. If you have wings, that should mean one piece, including a drum, a flat, and a tip or just a drum and a flat. Wing dings or wingettes should be used for wing pieces drums and flats. Just my 2 cents.

I stopped writing Google reviews because I did not like any of the places I've been trying. I started just cooking at home. But I'm in Charlotte visiting and I found my FAVORITE Cousins!!!!
THIS FOOD'S SO GOOD I asked the owner/manager/man bringing the food out for a Hug. And he was HAPPY to hug me with a smile which says a lot about the ATMOSPHERE. There was some smooth jazz playing up to date songs on the speaker.
They were Extremely Busy with Walk-ins, DoorDash and Uber Eats and I got my food in less than 20 min. The FOOD is DELICIOUS!(typing and eating at the same time)
It is seasoned to Perfection. I had the fish, shrimp and lobster mac and cheese platter. Only thing I wish was I had some bread with it.
And I didn't even know I like Cactus Pear Lemonade but I DO!!!! I recommend this place and will for sure be back when I'm in town! -Thanks Cuzzo's

Food is a bit pricey but the taste is spot on! Peach Cobbler waffles were moist and delicious. I would have liked to see more than 2 peach slices. Peach cobbler puts in the mindset of several slices in the meal. Chicken tenders were large and lean. I loved that. Seasoned fries needed more seasoning but were good for waffle fries. I would go back to try more items for sure.

I searched all day for some good eats in CLT and came across Cuzzos. Reviews sounded fire and everybody raving about how the lobster mac was the best in world made me order immediately. I got fried shrimp, jerk wings, and lobster mac n cheese.
Ordered online, went to pick it up and everything was super quick. Make sure to bring an ID and the credit card you used to pick up your food.
When I tell you this was the best food to ever touch my tongue I am so serious. I took a bite of the mac and it literally sent me into tears. I’ve never had anything so good in my life it literally made me feel relaxed and grateful. This was a life altering meal and I will 10009% be back next time I’m in CLT.

The prickly pear lemonade is the BEST lemonade that I've EVER had. I drunk the whole thing before I even received my meal. Before I left I brought 8 more to go. ( I live in SC) The peach cobbler waffle with chicken tenders was so so delicious. The lobster mac n cheese was very tasteful and creamy. The lady that took my order was very nice. I will definitely be Back!!!!!!

We tried Cuzzo's today. Ordered the famous lobster mac and cheese, honey mustard wings and fries, peach cobbler waffle and tenders, and cactus pear lemonade drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. 4/5 stars because my tenders were on the skimpy side, but my meal left me satisfied. We will be back again! Keep it up team!
