First time coming to this location and must say it was an interesting experience. I am traveling for work and wanted to place to watch sports near my hotel. First thing u noticed was the armed guard that was right by the door. He seemed very nice, but was more about being on his phone than anything else in my opinion. Went and sat at the bar. The lady working the bar was amazing and definitely seemed like she cared about her job and ran the ship. Most of the staff I noticed seemed like they didn't care. She said she wasn't in management, but she was getting her coworkers to actually work. I noticed several times that food sat in the window not being brought out to people. I watched numerous people ask about what they ordered because most of the staff appear to be lazy and very disorganized. The food I got was good. Only reason I'm not given 5 stars overall because of the experience.

There was only one guy cleaning tables,seating people down, bartending and serving food at the same time! The people in the kitchen were either on their phone or laughing at us and the other customers because they were not doing nothing. They were watching homeboy do all the work which was crazy because it was my family plus 4 other families waiting to be seated. Eventually after waiting 20-30 min my family and all the other families left. **At the same restaurant I went there a year ago and I had a much better experience because the staff was full and that place was busy in a good way. **Came again and the same guy was there. Excellent service. Food was great!

Austin gave us great, friendly service. We each ordered the 3combo Fajita and were very pleased with our decision. I noticed something new and interesting on their drink menu. The new margaritas intrigued me. I tried the Hennessey margarita, and I'll tell you what ... I shared only ONE SIP with my husband. It was fantastic! We enjoyed our leftover food for dinner the following evening.

I have a special relationship with this particular chili’s.. I was picking up a to-go order one day during the summer and saw it was a fire in the back of the restaurant beside the gas tank. I alerted staff and the then manager & fire department promptly handled it. My mom always says I should’ve gotten a medal for it lol. Fast forward to today and I was picking up another to-go order and I was greeted by the lovely staff a employee named Amber and a extremely courteous manager named Emanuel who even offered me something to drink while I wait. I truly appreciate kind customer service like that and aside from their food being delicious their service is just as great and I Thank You all at chili’s for that!!! Definitely would recommend!!!!

Extremely short staffed but the ONE Server/bartender did a great job!!! It took an extended period of time to get our order but the food was excellent and we did not complain to the ONE Server. This was the best food in our visits to Chili's. Mgmt here should be ashamed of themselves for putting so much work on so few employees.

This Chilli's was pretty decent. It wasn't very packed and the service was decent. Great deals when football games are on "Happy Hour anytime Football is playing." The waitress was nice and helpful and the building was pretty clean. They really need to fix the lights on the outside but other than that great experience. The only thing that was negative was the chips and salsa it wasn't very good and some of the drinks were said to be weak.

We went mid afternoon when it wasn’t too busy, this was my first time at a chilis and I have to say I’m impressed with the food quality and the family atmosphere. They are understaffed like most places, and still brought out our food quickly. I would imagine you need to be patient during peak hours, but it’s worth it. Would definitely recommend the black bean fajitas without the black bean patty if you are vegan!! 💓
