I find that hotel restaurants are usually not great places to eat. Typically the service is marginal and the food is not great. Libations is surprisingly good to be a hotel restaurant.
The service was really good. There was only one person working as the server, bartender, cashier, host, and busboy. She was fast, attentive, and very friendly. I was not in a hurry and it wasn’t busy when I first ordered. Someone in a hurry might be a little frustrated on a very busy night. On a busy night, I recommend sitting at the bar to be seen and get faster service.
I had the Libations burger with sweet potato fries and a side salad. The medium cooked burger was close to perfect. I also had a glass of Merlot and a sundae as dessert. The sundae was lackluster. The cookies were somewhat hard and not warm and the ice cream was extra frozen and initially hard like a brick. I didn’t ding the place for that given it’s a hotel restaurant.
As I mentioned the host/waitress was amazing. She was nice, funny, and focused on providing excellent service.

This is a classy clean restaurant. The chefs were extremely accommodating to my diet and specifications. They went out of their way to cook a meal for me that was healthy for me to eat. The waitress Britanee gave excellent service. The manager visited us to inquire whether my meal was prepared to my satisfaction. I loved my meal. My husband loved his meal too. The chef prepared a toasted flat bread, grilled salmon , fresh spinach, and grilled pineapple in balsamic vinaigrette. It was prepared perfectly with the right amount of seasoning. I was truly grateful for their attention to detail. Highly recommended dining here
I loved the decorations however the atmosphere was vary dark could have use more light. Service was really good like the server. Drink was water down. Brownie was very dry had to remove it off bill could not eat it. But over all the experience was nice.
They are so nice there! The Brussel Sprouts were awesome!! I've checked in late before & had the chicken quesadilla. It is great as well. I don't have a photo of the quesadilla, only the Brussel Sprouts.
You wouldn't think that a DoubleTree by Hilton restaurant would deliver 5 star meals but the Salmon cooked for my Caesar salad was better than excellent. It was absolutely amazing. And it made the whole meal delicious.
My salad was delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly. Austin the waiter was so nice.
The service was top notch. One chef came by with free chips he just wanted to give us. The staff was super friendly. The menu items were unique.
Highly recommend this restaurant. The food was amazing, the drinks were amazing. Stephen makes the most amazing food. Angel, the server is the best server. Along with the atmosphere, it made for a great for our honeymoon.
Quiet, pleasant surroundings. Good service. Small menu, but consistently good food.
O had the beet burger for lunch. It wasn’t exactly a burger but it was pretty good. The mustard sauce was delicious. Their sweet potatoes are tasty.
