Well, fast food yes, it very healthy yes but everyone liked it. It was clean, food was good and the stuff were polite and service oriented. We have a bunch of picky eaters and they all would come back anytime. I might not just because of the nutritional value though.

This was my first time going to this restaurant. They had delicious burgers and enjoyed both sweet potatoes fries and French fries!! I also liked their sauces a lot. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a little expensive though.

This place is phenomenal. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and assisted shortly after. The customer service was top notch. The person assisting me was so friendly and helpful in deciding what to order. The prices are great for the quality/quantity of food. He let me customize a few things and my order came out PERFECTLY. The food was hot and the homemade sauces were delicious. I will be coming back as often as possible. Great experience.

Absolutely delicious. Burger cooked to perfection, they understand medium rare and executed it perfectly. Had a nice can of bubbly to go w the fresh burger. I moved here after living in Manhattan for 22 years. I’ve been searching for that effervescent delicious food that has the intense/subtle flavors of home, this place delivers. Come check it out!

Burger 21 is in our regular rotation but I’ve never taken the time to leave a review, but a recent experience changed that. I ordered food for pickup but didn’t notice the pickup time had reverted back to ASAP, rather than the time I needed. I called to change it but by the time I spoke with someone it was too late. Rather than let my food sit there for 30 minutes the manager said they would make me a fresh meal for the time I needed because he said “I don’t want you to have a bad experience”. This was MY MISTAKE and yet he went out of the way to make sure I was taken care of. Great customer service and the food was good as always!

Delicious juicy crafted gourmet burgers with a selection of sauces. Large adjacent parking garage makes getting in and out convenient. Their crispy fries might well be my favorite in Charlotte! We shared the toffee milkshake- yum! Food is served fresh to your table and the servers bus your table for you. Super polite and friendly service. Was craving a veggie burger and was out doing errands, so I searched for the closest place I could find. I've heard of Burger 21 before, but I've never tried it. I'm so glad I did! Placed my order and got there a few minutes before they opened. They had my order out in less than fifteen minutes, and it was delicious! Very friendly staff too ☺️

OMG burger appropriately named except it should have multiple exclamations behind it. The best burger ever. Black and blue sliders are heaven. Fries are good but the onion rings are so good they should be illegal.

This establishment is one of my go to places to get great salads and milkshakes. The burgers are also great. Make sure to order a milkshake if you get a burger. The staff are very friendly and the food comes out quickly. The restaurant is clean and so are the restrooms. Try it out, I promise you will love it.

First time trying this place. The staff were very helpful, patient, and friendly. Definitely busy for what time we visited. They serve what their name states. Very fast service. They brought us our order and anything extra we needed. Food was great. I definitely recommend if you want a good burger and fries, sweet potato fries and onion strings.

This was my first time. The crunchy chic. Absolutely delicious. Moist. The fries are shoe string & hot. The milk shake (strawberry shortcake) OMG! I've been back already for a 2nd time. I had the burger sliders. YUM! I definitely suggest Burger 21. O, & they have great customer service too!

Got the OMG burger and it was huge. Double patty with everything on it. Enjoyed an Oreo shake with it. Was pleasantly surprised just how good this burger was.

Loved this place. This was our first time visiting and the party melt was sooo good. The fries are my favorite kind. Everything was fresh and tasted really good. Probably going back for the s’mores milkshake because it looked incredible.

I eat here whenever I can. The best burgers I've ever had in Charlotte! The Tex-mex haystack is my favorite. Plus the fries with the cheese ale sauce is really good too!

I have eaten here many times and usually enjoy it. I lean towards the healthier options. I really enjoy their burger and salad bowl. I think their turkey burger is hands down the best locally. The sweet potato fries are usually really good. My kids enjoy their milkshakes. The one let down is their chili it is more liquid than substance.

Great discovery. My wife and I saw this place before we saw a movie and thought we would give it a try seeing that we had that all powerful "hamburger craving" going on. We were not disappointed, in first and foremost, the burgers, but also the fries, and last but not least the service. Very friendly and pleasant. Only regret was that we didn't try the shakes as well because I have a feeling they would have been great as well. Highly recommended.

Great concept with fresh ingrediants and some interesting combinations. But they fail on the most basic level, a burger joint with bland burgers. If I'm going to spend $8 on a burger it needs to taste of something.

Best burgers in town! And I fancy my self a burger afficianoto. The sliders are the perfect size for my daughter and I absolutely love the variety of burgers and hand crafted shakes. When you go...which everyone should, get the bananas foster shake, sweet potato fries and bbq bacon cheese burger. Yum!

Will be back. Someone call Guy Ferrati. This place could be Charlottes place that all locals having been looking for. Only problem is deciding what to get. Every thing looks awesome. Burger that I got was definitely a higher grade of beef and the bun complimented the sandwich.

Amazing, literally. You just have to go try it. My wife got the tuna burger and it was phonomial. And I got the tex mex burger, my son got the buffalo ckicken and the each were as impressive.

WOW!!! One of the best if not re best burgers I have ever had. The quality if the meat was apparent in both appearance and most certainly flavor. They had an amazing selection of different sauces and crazy condiments that seemed to enhance everything. They staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgable.<br/><br/>Lastly - go prepared. You will be full at the end. I had the key lime pie shake and almost passed out on the spot. They should provide cots. <br/><br/>My family and I will definite be back for another go! Thanks.

Not Worth the Premium Price. Placed a to go order for our first visit. The clerk taking carry out orders got our name wrong, so there was confusion when picking up, and to top it off, she did not get our order right. While I was waiting for the order to finish up, I noticed them preparing milk shakes and floats. They apparently have not taught the milk shake attendant how to use a bottle opener, as I watched as she tried to pop the cap off a coke bottle for about 2 minutes (she was using the wrong side). It took them about 10 minutes to make 1 chocolate milkshake. As the milk shake was not for me, I cannot attest to whether or not the quality of the milkshake warranted 10 minutes of preparation. Though, it did look like they were spending an inordinate amount of time measuring/weighing each ingredient: the ice cream, milk, and chocolate syrup, and constantly referring back to the recipe card.<br/><br/>As for the burgers, they were good, but not good enough to merit a 30% up-charge over the prices at Smashburger down the road. Quite frankly, I did not see any difference in quality between the two restaurants. We'll give them a month and maybe try again, but for now we're sticking to other burger restaurants in the area.

I was impressed that the burger was perfectly cooked with the appropriate amount of pink in the middle, since lately I’ve had several that have been overdone. The burger was created with fresh ingredients, and an extremely tasty bun. It really did taste like a Philly cheese steak, only with better beef.
