This place has been my favorite noodle spot for years. I originally went to the one in Atl off roswell when I lived there... Always been the Best. Least to say I wish more were around Charlotte. I will still travel for my noodle craving and the 6star potstickers. Go try them out!!

First time. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Great food. I got the Pad Thai. My son got the Japanese noodles. Breadsticks were amazing as well as the pot stickers. Will definitely be back. Left my hat and one of the employees ran out to my car with it. Great experience

A very welcoming restaurant, that is very popular (IE busy). Never fear they are very fast as well. As the name says, noodle based dishes, Asian, Italian, american. Very delicious.

Favorite pasta restaurant in town!!! Huge variety of options on the menu. Always fresh and perfectly made. Great service. Affordable prices, a lot of bang for your buck here! Favorite dishes here are the Beef Stroganoff, Shrimp Scampi (gluten free), Fettuccine Alfredo, and kids love the Mac & Cheese. Don’t forget extra bread sticks!!!

Always friendly, fast service! Please bring the grilled Super Chix chicken as a protein option to nothing but noodles and I will put it on my Southwest Chipotle every time!

I’ve been here three times already so I know how great the food is. I tried to take a picture but once they place the food in front of you all you can think about is how good it looks, how great it smells, then how amazing it tastes! You will not regret eating here. Now, if only they branched out to Raleigh. That would be great!

Tons of yummy options. Food is consistently good. Service is great! This is the 3rd visit in 2 months with family. It’s a very clean and well maintained establishment. Servers and staff look happy and sprightly and that too late in the evening. So that’s really commendable. I highly recommend.

Being a vegetarian this place has tons of options for us. We tried their Thai peanut noodles and Cajun penne pasta. And we loved it. Prices are also pocket friendly. Definitely visiting this place often.

I would love to give 5 stars and there's only one reason I didn't: $3.50 upcharge for chicken gets you what amounts to about half of a small chicken breast. Other than that, service was fast, friendly and 5 star helpful. Sitting on the patio on this beautiful spring evening was definitely 5 star. The Spicy Cucumber Salad was fantastic... definitely 5 star. The Shanghi noodles had great flavor and plenty of sauce. Is it as good as a Japanese or Thai restaurant? Well...this isn't a Japanese or Thai restaurant, so I didn't expect it to taste just like that. However, the flavor was just what I was looking for. My only complaint, as I said above, was the very small amount of chicken that came with the upcharge.

bruh lemme tell y'all there mac and cheese is the best thing ever. i've struggled with an eating disorder most of my life and it lowkey vanishes whenever i have the mac and cheese. shoutout to my fave mac and cheese spot ever. and y'all support people with eating disorders to recover which i love <3

Our family loves this place. My favorite are the spicy Asian dishes (pad thai in picture). Kids love the Alfredo with shrimp. Both the cheesecake as well as peanut butter pie are delicious. But we have not had anything bad here and the service is always quick.

Delicious. Fast. Clean. Staff was pleasant and checked in. We ordered the Shanghai chicken and Alfredo and was served within 5 min. Good value for price! Will definitely be back soon!

I’ve been to nothing but noodles a couple times and it’s safe to say that this restaurant is delicious! The breadsticks and pasta are amazing! I get the margarita pasta! I recommend this place!

I've only had something but the Spicy Japanese Noodles twice, and they were good both times, but the Spicy Japanese Noodles are the best. I have eaten there at least a few dozen times since opening in Stonecrest (just to put it into perspective how much I love the Spicy Japanese Noodles). So many awesome vegan and vegetarian options too! Vegans, they have a notebook with a menu that shows all of your options. Almost everything is vegetarian until you add meat. The tofu is good, but the dishes are fine without it! Breadsticks are to die for (vegans, ask for them plain!)

Nothing But Noodles, Kristen Gallinek did a wonderful job catering my daughter's wedding reception. She is an absolute professional! I definitely recommend them. Food was great!

The meals where large and inexpensive as well as very tasty. Would recommend this to other and definitely wish we had this restaurant in Central NY

Seriously my favorite place to eat. They are always so quick.

The food is good and the service is too. The staff is friendly . My only issue is there is a young boy and his parents behind us and the boy is throwing things at us and screaming very loudly. The parents are oblivious of course. I so enjoy being hit in the head with blunt objects while eating. Discipline your kids morons !

This was our first visit to Nothing but Noodles and we have to say it was better than Olive Garden. Awesome!!!!

It was excellant....as usual! We eat there at least once or twice a month. Sometimes more! The staff are always pleasant & the food is great!
