The food is so tasty, no one does home cooking like Letty! If you want melt in your mouth pecan chicken or gravy biscuits this is your place. It’s like chicken soup for the soul!!
Brunch dishes are divine, service is on point, and the atmosphere is charming!! The yummiest food in town!
I can’t believe I’d never heard of this until the other day. So incredibly glad I did. We came here for dinner tonight and it was wonderful. The service was fast and friendly. The food was fabulous. I highly recommend the pimento cheese fritters. I’ll be dreaming about those for weeks. Reasonably priced and the place was clean. You really can’t ask for better.
Dining at Letty’s on Shamrock in Charlotte was a pretty good experience. They served Southern comfort food in a homey atmosphere.
We got the Honey Pecan Chicken with the sides of fried okra, sweet potato fries, broccoli casserole and coleslaw. The sides tasted pretty delicious. The broccoli casserole and sweet potato fries were out of this world, and both are highly recommended. We thought the honey pecan chicken could’ve used a bit more flavour, so we ended up having it with some hot sauce.
The server was quite polite and funny. It was nice chatting with her. We really felt the southern hospitality, thanks to her.
There’s parking outside, and you might want to check their hours prior to visiting. We will be back here to try their other dishes and desserts.
Just happened to google food places near me and so glad we did. The service is awesome and to start we had the buffalo balls. Still had a light crunch with the perfect amount of heat. The I had the chicken and grits while my wife had the creole! Both dishes were great!
The food was excellent. The staff are very friendly. It definitely has a comfortable atmosphere. Great experience. When we're back in Charlotte, we're going back to Letty's for sure!
Another place it took me too long to try! Such great, attentive staff! The food!! Whoa! Buffalo balls, wedge salad, wine, pimento crispy goodness! So excited to finally get there!
This place is a MUST try!!! I was there for the first time and will def be back!!! Sara was our server, and besides being very knowledgeable, she was a hoot! Food was sooooo good. The honey pecan chicken was finger licking good and the sausage gravy from the country fried should be bottled and sold! Don't miss the fried green tomatoes!
Took my friend to an old Charlotte staple. Here you can always find great service and even better food.
The two ladies I always see here are the bees knees. The fried okra is heaven on earth. I could swim in the broccoli casserole.

Absolutely delicious food and outstanding service. This restaurant is a must for a weekend brunch. The chicken and waffles are to die for. Locally owned. Letty is a treat to meet. Highly recommend.
Great food and incredible service from Sarah who was helpful and down to earth and very accommodating of our autistic nephew who was excited to be out to dinner with the whole family. Very casual atmosphere with a top-notch menu.
I must say I love going down south and getting chicken with sausage gravy and biscuits! No one makes it better and Letty's is right there with them. Super friendly server who offered to sing for is since there music was out! Hidden gem!
