First off I’d like to saw this will be the main PF Chang I visit for here on out while here in Charlotte. This was one of the best dining experiences I have had at a PF Chang in a long while.
Our server Trinity is 5 star. She is an asset to your establishment. She’s very attentive and courteous.
Hats off to the chef for the flavorful meals. You can taste the love in every bite.
Management is also top tier. Todd took the time to come over and check on us. It was a pleasure speaking with him, he gave us an attentive ear.

Our visit was much more about the friends, but food was very good. After we and another party were seated twenty minutes, I asked a maintenance person for a waitress. The manager promptly returned to apologize and granted us a complimentary appetizer! The waitress he brought provided us excellent and elegant service during our visit. Our server had beautiful wine service skills, she is an asset to PF Chang's! The drinks, appetizers, and food all appeared in a flash, and empty plates were removed quickly. I rarely give less than 5 stars for service, I want to be clear that the three star rating is *not* for our waitress, it's for the disorganization of the hostess and the twenty minute wait.

Love this restaurant and its atmosphere. They also have some great waiters. We had Sarah or Sara. Not sure how she spells her name. She has pleasant and knowledgeable. I hope we get a chance to visit with her again!

Great Ambiance. Fantastic Service. yummy food. Management (Todd T.) walked up to our table to greet us personally, and thank my husband for his military service. Our waitress was sweet, and good. We ordered lettuce wraps, Wine and Honey chicken.

While eating at P.F. Chang’s on Xmas Eve at 10:00 pm, My 5-year-old asked me for milk, cookies, and carrots for Santa and the reindeer. I had no carrots at home; the owner and Zara saved my night and that of Santa's deer. Thank you so much!🙏🎅🏽🎄❤️ Besides the service was great!

Yep. Highest grade. My wife and I drove from Matthews, NC to try this branch of one of our favorite restaurants. Very happy to let you know that ….. you must try it. Sara our waitress was super good and Todd the manager walked the floor with hallmark care for his customers. Winning experience for you and your loved ones…. Try the Street Noodle's, compulsory order for us. That chocolate cake should NOT be so good. Call the law.

We each had an app (crispy string beans and pork pot stickers) and a beef dish ( Mongolian, with broccoli). The string beans are tempura-battered and mild, but the dipping sauce has a great kick. We both enjoyed our entrees, but it did seem that the meat was exactly the same. Really the only negative was that they were out of every beer we ordered. I think the waiter came back 5 times to say, bad news, we don't have Sapporo, Kirin, ultra, etc. It was a Monday evening, so maybe they hadn't restocked after the weekend. Overall, good food, nice service, will return.

I remember saying I wouldn’t visit PF Chang again after my last review some years back but of course I love their drinks so I wanted to try again & I will stick to this Northlake location. I’m glad I did! I missed them & their Sangrias lol

Absolutely amazing service and food. The server was awesome he cared about my food allergies and even got myself an special menu. Checked on us throughout the meal and replenished things without asking. Always Loved PF Changs, My favorite restaurant ✨

This location is still one of my Favs. They aim to make you happy, and when the preparation isn’t the manager is on it! Now don’t go in there with no shenanigans, they definitely deserve the best. The food is fresh and good. I like my wontons deep fried and they accommodate my request(or pan seared) The ambiance is soft and inviting with a refreshing selection of drinks.(nonalcoholic)too… They have a great selection of entrees and appetizers. Have you ever had Chilean Bass?! There’s is perfection!

Visited location on 9/7/23 in the afternoon for lunch with colleagues. First, the hostess and waitress were amazing! The hostess seated me expeditiously, though my entire party had not yet arrived. She was super polite and clearly knew the value of excellent customer service! The waitress was an active listener, provided wonderful suggestions and equally stellar service. All selections from the appetizers to dessert were VERY fresh! Definitely recommend this P.F. Chang's!

I decided to treat myself for lunch yesterday. I was able to be seated quickly. My waiter was very friendly. I ordered a sweet tea. It came after about 15 minutes and it was totally unsweetened. My waiter replaced it. I ordered Salmon with Miso glaze and white rice. It arrived with brown rice and what had to be the world’s smallest portion of salmon I’ve ever received. The remedy was to bring a separate bowl of rice.
Overall the food was ok, but the mistakes were a cause for concern. I’ll return as this was my first experience with them, but I sincerely hope to be impressed next time.

Fist time for dinner. It was very busy. Went to the bar and had a great beer. Bar service was excellent. My friend had a ginger strawberry margarita that was amazing. Got seated and server was excellent. The lettuce wraps were delicious. Ginger chicken and crispy honey chicken was very bland. Rice was ok and the noodles and prawns was full of flavor.
