This might actually be the best vegan pizza I’ve ever had! The cheese was nice and melty, unlike some of the weird gummy cheese I’ve experienced in the past. It was even tasty cold, which if you’re vegan you know how rare that is. I recommend the high rise dough if you like a thicker pie.
