This is definitely our favorite spot for seafood in the Charlotte area! The food selection is great and we haven't been disappointed when we tried different items from the menu. The perfect spot to pick up dinner for seafood Friday-you won't be disappointed.
The fried shrimp was good. The gumbo is not gumbo. My boyfriend is a NOLA native We both agree this wasn’t it nor was it gumbo. The crackling is fire. The po boy needs more dressing up, but for Charlotte, it’s good. The dang snapper was rubbery and tough; not recommended. This is one of the seafood

Matt took great care with my order. The fried catfish was excellent as were the sides (red beans and dirty rice!). I’m not usually a fan of hush puppies but they were delicious! Definitely recommend and definitely will be back!
I had the fried flounder dinner with cheese grits and coleslaw. The food was wonderful. The grits were creamy and seasoned, the coleslaw was great, and the flounder was even better as leftovers the next day.
Perfectly battered and fried seafood. Green beans are amazing, still can't get over them. Service was great even though I slipped into the door with 1 he left on the clock before closing. Will definitely make the trip to the Westside just for this.
