So my husband and I went to Charlotte, NC for the first time to check out the city and visit Carolina Panthers stadium. After a raving recommendation from a local on Amtrak, we came to see what the fuss was all about.... this place is smoking! The food was awesome to say the lease... my husband had wings and a burger that were finger licking good. I had the most awesome ahi tuna tacos. The ahi was seasoned perfect and was juicy. The pineapple salsa was not too sweet, just right. The beer battered fries should be sold at every restaurant! They are addictive, so be careful. We had the best waiter, Leon! Ask for him... you will not be disappointed! We will be back all the way from Atlanta!

Second time visiting. Delicious food with decently priced drinks. I would say they could have more staff presence for game night on the town. They did take care of us though, I’d come back for a game night.

Servers are all nice and friendly. Was in town 8 days and went there 6 of those days. Mainly for the margs and good vibes. Great place to go if your looking for consistent quality option.

Great sports bar with a very nice outside beer garden area. The wings are incredible. Otherwise they have Carolina BBQ, burgers and bar food - all very tasty. Energetic younger crowd, big screens everywhere for sports events and popular with the locals

First time here The food was really good, will go back again did have a issue with the lady at the door but the manager was really nice and took care of it and us so I definitely will try the place again. It was a nasty night but the town was still nice to see.

The food and drink is great! Never go wrong with the artichoke and spinach dip and the Carolina dipper sandwich melts in your mouth! It was World Cup day so lots of happy people in the place! Beautiful city skyscraper views from window table! Server was a sweetheart!

Good food and service. Nice place to pop in and watch the game, they have TVs just about everywhere. The wings were cooked well, they weren’t dry or too crunchy, sauced to perfection.

Service was slow and food took over an hour. Waitress had a huge attitude and never smiled. Ordered drinks and an appetizer they came fairly quick. Ordered our food and waitress never came back and we ran out of drinks. The nice bartender got us more drinks. After over an hour of waiting the food came 2 orders were right but the 2 wing orders came with no sauce. Waitress left and came back with 2 small cups with a little sauce in them and walked off. We called her back to take the wings and cancel the order as we were then running late to our concert. One of the people in our party went to talk to the manager and he totally blew them off. Not only was the staff and kitchen not able to keep up with service and food orders but the manager just stood outside the kitchen window. He should have been in the kitchen since there were 5 waitresses waiting for food. Only area that was under control was the bar.

Worst service ever! Ordered food and waited over an hr, it never came out. Asked for a manager, never came to the table. The waitress brought the bill, still no food. Asked if we were at least getting it in to go containers, waitress never came back!

I actually ordered a dessert as we finished our lunch. Ended up waiting longer for it than the entire meal. Bartender had the manager come talk to us. Never did get my dessert finally said cancel it and still had to wait forever for our chech

Server was not bad. But the food was mediocre as always. Never prepped the way asked or shown on the menu. The special board was incorrect and the server did not know it was wrong. Manager did not honor or try to fix the issue of our price on the specials. So did not honor it. Then gave us $5 coupons for us to use to comeback. Never satisfied going to any ale house. So probably will never use or go back.

I had never been at a Carolina Ale House. I was visiting Charlotte, NC. We were a group of 11. The host set us up outside no issues. Our waitress, Sinclair was on top of everything. Service was great & food was very good.

This place was awful. We went with a small group of friends. It took forever to order our drinks. After over a half hour of waiting for our beers, we ended up getting our beers from the bar directly and the bartender was a jerk and obviously intoxicated. Half our food came out an hour after we ordered it, and it was inedibly cold (wings) and the other half we were told couldn't be made. We left as soon as we could finally pay our bill. Yikes! (... and this is coming from someone who never leaves reviews!)

Food was great.
Took 20 mins to get our drinks. Our drinks practically came with our meals. Our waiter was sitting down eating. When he finished we watched him put our drink order in the bartender made them right away.

Man, this was a REALLY fun tailgate and viewing party!! S/O to the General manager, chef, Dj, and staff! My wife enjoyed herself immensely!! We will back to watch games here again, but most importantly Saints/Panther match-ups! Much love again to you guys!!!
