Diamond Restaurant - Charlotte - Photo album

We just discovered this place a few months ago (weird right???) and we live around the corner!!! This place is amazing, everything we have ever gotten there was so good, especially the fried pickles and lemon pepper wings! The mashed potatoes and gravy are also great! We will be back again and again
Diamond is literally a treasure. Spied this place while walking from bar to bar and immediately knew we had to go in. It's an old school place. Food in red baskets and all condiments in plastic ramekins. The homemade chips with ranch and pimento were terrific as was the fried pickles. The patty
Food is ok, however, with the speed it was made and the portion size, I feel bad for not giving it 5 stars. Service was great, staff is very friendly. It's a little old and seems a bit dirty, a bit loud. However, overall, you'll definitely leave the place full! It's solid. Prices are very affordable
The food was excellent!!!!! These people are here making food from scratch!!!!!! and making our experience INCREDIBLE. YOU KNOW WHAT!!!! I Can't just tell you all I can do it just show you in the video. Everything we got was just utterly Freaking DELICIOUS πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜‹πŸ˜πŸ₯°
accidentally found this joint looking for another place and decided to give it a try and was not disappointed! food and service were great! can’t wait to go back and try more!
Tried this place for the first time, and it somehow fits the plaza midwood vibe perfectly. Walk-in in, you are transported back in time, but in the best way possible. The service was friendly and prompt, and they even have high chairs for kids! We started with the hush puppies, which arrived fresh
The food here was great along with the customer service. Soon as we walked in we was greeted and seated. The way that was very friendly, helpful, and was funny too. The food came out high in season very well. I would return here again to try more than food along with receiving great customer service
Everything was great! They really make you feel welcome here and the customer service is top tier!!
This place was great, a nice cozy local feel, had a steady flow of customers but wasn't too busy. They had a wide variety of menu and our server was very attentive. It was fairly priced, our bill ended up being $30 so we tipped extra, will definitely go here again
I enjoyed the Greek salad, and my spouse liked the turkey sandwich. Portions are large, We both ate half and had it again the next day. Nice area and worth the drive of interstate 85.
This is a great place for diner food! Good drinks and the staff are super friendly and funny! The cooks put a lot of heart into the meals they prepare for their patrons. My salad was tasty fresh and well priced
Good old fashioned hole in the wall but not really. Definately old times cozy interior. V.nice server. She was super chirpy. Drinks were served over promptly and we ordered fried pickle for appetizer. Could be a bit crispy but overall good. Sliced chips kinds served with ranch. For mains he ordered
The cutest classic diner! Loved the ambiance and our waitress had such great energy and was on top of it. We ordered the chicken Philly, the patty melt, and the cheeseburger. Everything hit the spot. If you’re in the neighborhood definitely stop in!
1st time eating there. Nice little spot. The customer service was great. I ordered the chicken salad & side salad. The chicken salad could have used some more mayonnaise it wasn't bad and you can't mess up a side salad with some kind of Greek salads dressing that was good. My co worker said his wing
Food was good, definitely gave me the itis. Small town diner vibes which was cool. Hush puppies were so good. Everything was real good and would definitely go back
First time coming to this restaurant and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We had the pork chops, marinated chicken over rice and spaghetti. We also had collard greens, green beans and Mac n cheese..... delicious πŸ˜‹
