We took a chance on a small local place and we couldn't be more thrilled! Our meal was fantastic! We started with New England clam chowder, creamy and hearty. Not overpowering but just the right silkiness. For mains, I had the white bean, shrimp and sausage stew-- so tasty! It stayed hot the whole time too, which is a big deal for me (soups and stews are never really hot in most places). The sausage was in nice hunks, the shrimp were plentiful, the beans were soft but not mushy and the undisclosed gems were the onions that gave just the right bite. Great portion, very filling. My son had the shrimp po boy-- overflowing with nice sized shrimp mixed in a great remoulade sauce. My daughter had shrimp tacos--with mango corn salsa. All very fresh. Her side of fries were BOMB too--crunchy and hot, lightly seasoned. My husband had the crabcake with smashed potatoes and sauteed string beans. Perfect portions to compliment both taste and appetite! Prices were more than reasonable, considering the good quality and portions. Service was good. Our server was attentive and polite. He kept checking with us, topping off drinks, making sure we were good. We would not hesitate to go back. Really a great dinner. *for those that care about this (we didn't), there are only soft drinks available.

Gigantic fresh seafood and amazing lunch. Scallops the size of your fist and a huge tuna loin. I had the Mahi Mahi Banh mi and my wife had extra large jumbo shrimp with hefty steak fries. Super Yum. Eat here.

I don't understand all of the negative reviews on this place. I ordered the fish and chips with a cup of clam chowder and both were delicious. The portions are just perfect with tons of flavor. The gentleman who served our food was very pleasant and came back multiple times to see if we needed refills on our drinks. We will certainly be back.

First time eating here and LOVE the fish and chips. Came for seafood for the weekend, left with a happy full belly and a new favorite lunch spot.

The owner went way "above and beyond" to deliver the best lobsters I have ever had and being from New England I've had a lot! My daughter was flying from NH into Charlotte, NC on her way to "surprise" me for Father's Day in SC. The owner arranged to meet her at the store before business hours and unlocked the doors just to give her the 6 gorgeous lobsters. They obviously have a great passion for awesome seafood and service. I will definitely make the 2 hour drive to eat there!!

Had lunch here for the first time yesterday and will definitely be back. Casual place, very clean with extremely friendly and appreciative staff. Both the blackened grouper and fried flounder sandwiches were very fresh and tasty. Portions are on the small side but not to the point of being overpriced. Overall a great lunch served by people who care. Thanks folks.

You have to try this place!!! It's tucked into a small storefront off Monroe Rd but you won't regret finding it. Anthony is awesome, knowledgeable, and food was just scrumptious!!! I got the tuna tacos, my Mrs went for blackened salmon, and both were flavorful and spiced just right. Perfect portions too. I kept the menu at the table after ordering to get a head start for the next visit. No chain recipes here. Check the online menu out. The limit of 6 per party due to size of the place, so it's a cozy early dinner date night or small group kind of place. We will be back soon.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The fish is fresh and delicious. I don't think I have had a single thing there that I haven't liked. It's pricey, but definitely worth it. Their menu changes often depending on what's fresh, and I love this because it always keeps me looking forward to see what they have that day. The people who work there are nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially seafood lovers. Oh, and they also sell raw, fresh fish too in case you want to take some home to prepare.

I did not try the prepared food but ordered large pieces of Tuna/Salmon. The fish was perfect and very high quality. The owner was fantastic and provided superb service. I am looking forward to trying the food as it looked great.

We went for a late lunch about 2 weeks ago. The blackened grouper was killer, my wife says the fish and chips were fantastic and we took home a quart of the best NE clam chowder we’ve ever had. I picked up crab cakes last night for dinner and they were loaded with crab. A great crab cake dinner for a lot less than you’d pay at any other restaurant. If you like fresh fish this place is a must try.

A wonderful place for lunch. The menu variety is always welcome and we have never had anything that we didn't enjoy. The food is good without being heavy or processed. Definitely not like a chain restaurant. Our kids also enjoy the food as well. My son is particularly fond of the shrimp, corn, and andouille sausage chowder.
Their fresh seafood is excellent and has allowed us to make some fantastic dishes at home. The difference over supermarket seafood selections is night and day. You won't be disappointed.

This food is INCREDIBLE. I just ate the manh bi sandwich and it is AMAZING. I don't ever write online reviews of anything but this sandwich was SO incredible, I was moved to write a 5 star review. Also, while you pick up lunch, you can get some raw fish to take home and cook for dinner. Also great to encourage small business in the area. Love Deep Sea! Keep up the great work.

Great service and great food. Our server let us know the specials right away, the food came out fast, and it was delicious! Try the bacon wrapped scallops - so good. A little pricey for an everyday dinner, but worth it for a nice dinner out.

Finally was able to eat here (only since he opened have I wanted to) Hubby and I had lunch on a Friday, he ordered the sauted fish in lemon caper sauce with jasmine rice (it was same from day before, halibut) and I ordered the fish and chips (cod) with home fries. There were only a few tables left when we arrived (not many to begin with) and signs posted everywhere to not sit at 4-top if only two diners). Luckily there was a 2-top open directly across from the counter where you place your order. I must say it was well worth it and my only regret is to have not been here sooner!! Hubby's was the best and both fishes were so tender and perfectly cooked. Plus, don't believe everything you read! The owner is very nice! :) I'll definitely be back.!!

Just had some take out lunch from here. Blackened grouper sandwich, wife had the fish tacos, and we shared the shrimp & andouille chowder. It was all really good! Will definitely try some of the other menu items.
This place is small, but there's something about the presentation that makes you feel like this is a top notch seafood joint. It's clean, the service is good, and the food is delicious. Not sure what more you could ask for besides free food. Oh wait - you get that too after 10 lunches!

Wonderful lunch at the Market! Poached salmon with dill sauce on fresh greens was flavorful and not over-priced. Owner was cheerful and helpful with questions about his fish selections. I will return, and I'll bring my friends. It was well-worth the trip there.
