Incredible food, service, and atmosphere. Gorgeous interior, open kitchen. Phenomenal cocktail list that is very reasonably priced considering the high quality. Wine by the bottle is like ten bucks over retail price. Draft beer section is mainly local, but with some well curated out of state brands. My Wicked Weed Pernicious IPA was fresh and delicious. Food is AMAZING. Deviled eggs and smoked trout mousse appetiser were on point. Charred Octopus was some of the best I've had. Frisse salad took greens to another level, the Stoke family bacon just may change your life. We can not wait to come back. Exceptional.

We had a great experience at Stoke. The craft cocktails and donut were a great way to get our meal started. The food to follow was fantastic as well. The high point, was service. The hostess and server were amazing!!! I believe our server’s name was jamila. Again, she was GREAT!!!

While in Charlotte staying at the Marriott, we decided to stop by Stoke Charlotte for breakfast. I don't typically like hotel restaurants, but I must say this one was pretty good. The breakfast was above average. The service provided was excellent for both visits. I recommend giving Stokes a try if you're staying at the Marriott and want a good convenient breakfast or dinner.

The Stoke Burger was one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life. The shrimp and grits as well as deviled eggs were really good too. Overall, a really nice restaurant with great food and ambiance.

I had a great experience here, with the food and the wait staff. Unfortunately they were out of the pasta, so I went for the steak instead. Steak was very good, they cooked medium rare perfectly, and the sauce had a nice acidity to it. The sticky pork shank was very flavorful with a sweet sauce. Mac and cheese tasted very creamy and cheesy. The burrata had a lot of nice flavors to combine for an appetizer and the donut was really good and fluffy, but very filling! Drinks were very good as well. I would definitely come back here and recommend it.

Enjoyed Christmas eve dinner here and had a wonderful time. Eva and Marti were pleasant and provided great insights into the menu we appreciated.

Some fun bartenders who know how to make a good cocktail, like the Old Fashioned. Great atmosphere, as well. Even after a few years these guys don't disappoint. Brad was awesome. Great conversation, great Manhattans and Old Fashioneds.

This restaurant is beautiful. Great decor and the staff was very friendly. When we arrived the restaurant was fairly empty so we were seated right away and it wasn’t long after we sat down when our waitress Rachel came to take our drink order and go over the menu with us . The highlight of our night was meeting another Yelp Elite Jordan. We talked about traveling and food until her guest arrived. Rachel explained the menu in detail so we could make the best choice for our entrees. For how expensive the entrees were they should have come with at least one side. I really enjoyed sitting close to the open kitchen and watching them cook and plate the food. The drink I had was really good with unique taste. I love spicy drinks and I would give it a 6 on the spice level. I can say that I really enjoyed the food it was seasoned well and was fresh. I would definitely come back.

We came for dinner on a Saturday night with friends from New Zealand and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The drinks were fantastic, the food was exceptional, service was great (attentive, but not overbearing, exactly how it should be). We had a long leisurely meal, I think we were there about 2 1/2 hours and at no point felt rushed or that they were keen to “turn” the table. Lovely restaurant, very modern, with an open kitchen. We had two drinks each, two appetizers to share, a main course each, four sides to share, coffee and we all shared the doughnut. Two us had the pork shank which was amazing, one had the fish which was delicious and one had the chicken: don’t think ho-hum boring, it was an elevated chicken dish and extremely good. We brought a lot of food home and spent about $450 with tip. Which for four people is just a little over $100 per person. Not bad at all. And unlike some dining experiences we have had, we felt that every penny was worth it. It was a wonderful evening. We will definitely return.

I am definitely a foodie, so wanted to try out Stokes with the open kitchen atmosphere. The food was good, but a little too exotic for me. Breakfast: - I was able to modify the existing Omelet: Egg White Omelet with spinach, mushrooms, onion, tomato, and light on the cheese. Excellent flavor and well made. - Waffle ordered with sugar free syrup and butter on side. Received with cinnamon and sugar butter and regular syrup. The server corrected the issue quickly. Great waffle served with chilled fresh fruit: Blue berries, black berries, and Strawberries. Appetizers: - Deviled Eggs fantastic and sold out by end of night. - Chard Octopus was extremely fishy, almost raw with a tail, and well, we just couldn't eat it. Dinner: - Little Gem Lettuce Salad with grilled chicken and 6 minute Egg was fantastic. The herb dressing could have used a slight touch of shallots and more herbs. Slightly bland but good. Side: Summer Squash. Squash was good, but the mushrooms served were very large, earthy, and almost seemed like they had long legs. Not a fan of this dish at all. Overall, good experience. Limited Menu. Great drinks served: Stoke Manhattan and Cosmopolitan (served off menu).

Restaurant inside Marriott Charlotte City Center. Excellent service with mostly tasty food items. Breakfast was good. Avocado toast and breakfast potatoes were the highlight items. Biscuit was super dense and not good. Waffle was standard and a little dense also. Eggs were good. Lots of seating.
