The food was really good. I didn't realize this is like a rotisserie chicken place that you order at the counter and they're bringing out to you. I had the Tuesday special which was the buffalo chicken and all the rest of the food at our table looked good.

Food came out ultra fast and was delicious. I had the brisket sandwich with a side of macaroni & cheese. The brisket sandwich was huge, which was perfect for me because I just dumped half of it in my mac and had the best bowl of mac and cheese ever. Kaleigh got a salad, roasted potatoes and Mac and cheese. I tried the potatoes and they were very tasty. I definitely recommend my plate. I was very full by the time I was done and it was so good.

Pot pie was good as always. I ordered an a la carte side of mac and cheese and for the price it was tiny. That’s the only reason for the 4 stars vs 5. Will eat here again.

I enjoyed my first visit to this restaurant. I ordered the kale salad with pulled chicken. The salad was ok given the price point. There wasn’t much to it. It had kale (which was a bit tough), tomatoes, and peppers and onions. The Italian dressing was a nice touch and made the salad worthwhile. The chicken was tender and had a good flavor. I also ordered a small side of guacamole. You get 3oz for an extra $2.50. Overall, the salad was decent and the portion size wasn’t too bad.

We've lived in Charlotte for over 10 years, but this was our first visit to RoCo. The food was delicious and the service was fast and friendly. I had a 1/4 white meat chicken and it was not dry whatsoever. There's a large list of sides to choose from and their daily specials sound great. We'll definitely be back!

This was my first time at The Roasting Company! You walk up to the counter and they bring you your food. It came quickly and it was really good! We had friendly service from everyone. It was a nice day so we sat outside. There are several menu items I want to go back and try! There is parking in front, on the side, and in the street.

Although it's a rotissiere restaurant, it got a bit of soul food. The mac and cheese is one of my favorite mac and cheese I've ever tried. It has a bit of heat that makes it unique. The bbq wrap I ordered was flavorful but also quite oily. I would definitly come back again to try their rotissiere chicken.

This was the BEST chicken pot pie! Came here specifically bc I wanted a chicken pot pie and the next nearest place was 15 min away. Read the reviews and I’m so glad we came in. Food came out really quickly. The person taking orders was so nice. I only ate that so I can’t speak to the rest, but def go and go early on a chicken pot pie day!

Have loved this place for over a decade. My favorite meal in the entire world is the chicken with rice and jaco sauce. I drive 2 hours to get there since I moved. Totally worth it!!!

The Roasting Company was an excellent options for a late night meal. If you're struggling to find something after 10pm on a Saturday; this location is open with actual dinner choices.
This location only received 4 stars due to needing to add a tad bit salt and pepper.
I am understanding since there are people who do have health issues that love to dine out, too. The squash casserole was pretty good but the breading was a bit soggy. As told by my my party, the chicken was an excellent choice. The veggie combo was pretty good. Even the customer service while calling in my order was pleasant.
Overall, it was a great meal if need something late through a delivery service.

Nothing fancy. Good, hot food. Needs more queso on meal and more flavor in collards. And the herb rice was bland. Excellent fast service!

Due to response from company and handling of the situation I have updated my review. My go to is always the rotisserie chicken with the house made yako sauce which you can't get anywhere else. Their cornbread is really good too.
Staff (woman) taking orders and providing to-go food was beyond rude even after I tried to smile and tried to lighten the conversation. I requested a refund because of the service and she said I would have to go online to request one. I then asked to speak to the manager who did refund my food there. He said he would find out why she was being so rude but talked to her for all of 10 seconds. I did take the food home, but thinking back I should have just left it and gotten lunch from another restaurant.
