Review Ilios Noche - Charlotte

It was our first time at Ilios Noche, prompted by friends' recommendations. It's surprising that, despite years of dining in the Waverly area, we had never visited this restaurant. The service, food, and atmosphere exceeded our expectations! The menu offers something for everyone, and as a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids), we sampled a diverse range of dishes—all of which were delicious. We've now discovered one of our new favorite local restaurants. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Second time dining here and wonderful experience. Staff is friendly and food is delicious. Enjoy the stuffed grape leaves and the goat cheese stuffed peppers and chicken lemonata. They have generous portions. Would like to see some gluten-free dairy-free dessert options.

I don't get to this place often because it's not close to home or where I generally hang out. But it's always excellent. They used to have another location in south Charlotte. I was bummed when they closed. The wine selection is good. I've multiple items on the menu and it's always good (meatballs, lamb chops, mesclun salad, octopus, zucchini chips, just to name a few). I sat on the patio on a nice Friday afternoon for a boss lunch this time. I definitely recommend. IG: cltfooddrinkguy

Blown away by the food quality and service. Might be the best ribs I’ve ever had. Have heard about this place for a long time so glad to finally have experienced. We had a large group and service was great and food was fast. Get the roast pork ribs!!!!

We came for date night and it was wonderful! Business casual attire and elevated food. Service was impeccable and welcoming. It was an overall fantastic experience. I had the sea scallops with mushrooms risotto and my husband had the chicken lemonata. My dish was great but I honestly loved my husband's chicken more. Plating was attractive. The chicken was moist and flavorful. We will be coming back.

I don’t live close to Ilios Noche but will absolutely make the drive because it is 100% worth it, every time. The food is spectacular- everything I have eaten from here is always wonderful. The food is always flavorful, excellent quality, and the service and atmosphere is fantastic.

Always phenomenal service and perfectly timed and prepared entrees. Undisputed kings of perfect table service. One of my few "go-to" restaurants for a guaranteed wonderful dinner. Kudos to the management, staff, family, and chefs at Ilios Noche. Bravo!

We have dined here since it opened and it’s NEVER disappointed! This is our go to place for consistently great food and great service! We went this evening and enjoyed it as usual! Thank you to all the staff for another great dining experience!

We were in Charolette area for the holidays and decided to try this Mediterranean restaurant with our family. We really enjoyed the diversity of the menu and contemporary take on some of the dishes! We did take out (pardon the quality and plating in the images) and ordered the Angry Shrimp, Atlantic Salmon with white beans, Capellini, Garganelli, Grilled Octopus, and the Country Greek Salad. All of these dishes were excellent, however, a notable mention is the grilled octopus. The Octopus was tangy and the meat was tender (without any chewiness) paired with a light vinaigrette and pickled red onions. We loved this dish in particular. Although the Atlantic Salmon was slightly overcooked for our taste, the overall dish had a nice flavor, the beans were creamy and perfectly al dente with a nice, flavorful seasoning. The Angry Shrimp were cooked perfectly in a tomato-based chili sauce with tender, firm jumbo shrimp that had a spicy kick as an aftertaste. The Capellini is a thin spaghetti in a light, slightly acidic sauce (white wine, garlic, and lemon) with seared scallops as well as cubed broccolini and pancetta. This dish is nice and light, reminiscent of a refreshing summer pasta, balanced with the more robust pancetta and broccolini. The Garganelli is a delicious, creamy tomato sauce with grilled chicken. The entire dish is well-done and very flavorful - an excellent take on a classic Italian meal. The Country Greek Salad was a fresh, traditional Greek salad in a light vinaigrette. It paired perfectly with our dinner. Ultimately, the food was excellent and we will come back again!

I have eaten at Ilios Noche about 20 times over the past few years, and this is my first review. This is a terrific restaurant. It is also a perfect place to take a date. My date and I shared the oven roasted Greek meatballs for an appetizer, and they are so good. I ordered the crazy lasagna, and I really enjoyed it. If you like craft cocktails, try the Smokey in the Rye. Illios Noche always has delicious food and great service.

Oh my goodness... I will find a reason to come back here!! This was the BEST octopus I’ve ever consumed!! The salmon, cabbage & large white bean were delicious, fresh & healthy choices!! So glad I found this spot!! When in Charlotte again, we will return!!

Excellent service. Great food options. We tried almost everything on the menu. We went as a group of five. Ordered five entree’s with all available type of sides and shared . Also ask for the platter hummus, baba ganoush, yoghurt. Had the Spinach pie which was tasty. The grilled Chicken was so tender and juicy. The pizza are must try! Highly recommended fusion restaurant.

This menu was amazing!! I wanted everything on it and yet knew I couldn’t have it all. Enjoyed a couple of small plates which were so yummy. The chicken lemon soup was delicious. First time having anchovies on a Caesar salad and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I eat a lot or Caesar salads and this would be in my top 5. Would highly recommend and am looking forward to my next time there

Great venue, variety of menu items to choose from and excellent service! The lamb dishes are my absolute favorites so do as I did and introduce a friend. They will love it!

Bar service was amazing! "G" is top notch! Phenomenal original food. Hidden gem. Their restaurant week menu was outstanding with regular menu items and large portions. Beautiful place. It's a must try!!!

Great food and great service! Ernesto, our server went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! The appetizer sampler with the various dips is a must try. My fav was the eggplant dip with walnuts.. it had a great smokey flavor! We will be back no doubt! Thanks for making our birthday dinner special!

These guys set the standard in South Charlotte for business and food excellence. Menu and cocktails are incredible and the wine list extensive. Servers are highly attentive w/ great menu and wine list knowledge. Have tried both locations. Great experiences. 131 Main used to be my go to until I found this amazing place.

Was there for a celebration. Nice atmosphere, good service, great food, and awesome times! I had a couple Mamasitas and even though they were a different color each time, they were still delicious. I also got a taste of the vegetable chips. The batter reminded me of calimari. They were yummy. I also had the Mediterranean ribs. Much different than The old BBQ, but just as tasty and fall off the bone tender. No dessert this time. I was too full! They have good sized portions!

My family and I just had the most pleasant dining experience here! Our server, Brian was amazing...so friendly and he provided excellent menu recommendations. We shared a lovely meal of quality cuisine and look forward to returning. I highly recommend you give them a try!

This was my first time at Ilios Noche and the food was delicious. The staff welcomed our party and exceed our expectations of supreme customer service. The manager came and greeted us, very professional, friendly and by far a great leader. Definitely a five star restaurant

Every time we've been to this fine establishment we have thoroughly enjoyed our entire experience. Their menu is varied, their cocktails are wonderful, the food is absolutely delicious and perfectly executed. The wait staff are knowledgeable about the food, drinks, and wines, and are always so helpful and courteous. I do love the ground lamb burger here!

Celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary and was referred to Ilios Noche by a friend and we were not disappointed! Service was great, atmosphere was perfect and food was delicious. If you have a hankering for seafood, the Scallops with Risotto entree is to die for. The Greek Style Pork Ribs are without a doubt a must! They fall off the bone and although the twist of "Greek" and "Ribs" may seem weird, it WORKS! Next time I'll order the entree!

It's worth a visit just to try the Fig & Goat Cheese Pizza. And as crazy as this may sound, the olive appetizer scored a 10 with me!

I was so excited to try this place tonight. Made 7:30 reservations and at 8:30 we walked out because we still did not get seated. When we asked about when we would be seated, the staff was rude and unapologetic and told us we have a seat at the bar if something came open. Very disappointed with this place.

Happen to be driving by. Stop to have dinner. Order 1/2 rack of pork ribs!!!!! Oh my! Fantastic!!!! I cannot wait to come back! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We enjoyed the outside patio and the lunch special menu. I heart the Spicy Shrimps and Greens...YUMMY!!!

Amazing food, beautiful ambiance and outstanding service. Such a great variety on the menu - the crazy lasagna and the seared tuna over quinoa are some of our favs! Love the wine and beer selection too. Andrew is the best server ever, we not only look forward to coming in for a fantastic meal but also a fantastic experience. So happy you're now in quail hollow :-)
