Was here on a family reunion over the weekend. Though it is pricey, the drinks are strong, the staff is great and the food was well worth it! The fish taco appetizer is one of the best fish tacos I have ever had, highly recommend. Here's a pic of the seafood hush puppies that my partner got but I did not try, simply because I was full from the fish tacos salad and burger I had demolished 🤌

Today's my birthday so, I decided to order something different and special to my liking. So, I order this braised beef tenderloin tips w/ pita bread and this amazing sauce on the side with just a side Caesar salad. I paired it with a glass of sweet Moscato also. Everything was cooked perfectly. My steak tips were cooked between medium to medium well. I finished every bite, my salad was just as fresh and the lettuce was night green with a fresh crisp taste. Everything was lovely including, the and atmosphere. I've been here a few times but today just happens to be a special occasion for me. 🙂

Stayed at this hotel for a convention with a friend. The restaurant was BUSY all weekend but the employees were fantastic. Brittany was awesome!!! Remembered us from Friday to Saturday and remembered our drink orders! Always had a smile on her face and service was prompt! The Edgewater burger was great. The lights were a little bright for our liking but that is the only negative we experienced.

Staff friendly and attentive without hovering. Food was excellent: pesto chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries. Just wish they had a sweet red wine, I could use a muscle relaxer tonight! 😉

Kristy was amazing! They were short staffed but she still pulled some strings to get my group sat. It was my birthday and she brought me a dessert at the end of the meal. She was so sweet, would definitely recommend coming here!

This is located inside the Hilton. It doesn't look like much and it can get loud like a big auditorium due to the way it was built (think mall food court noise level), but presents itself as a great bar with some additional seating. The food is spectacular! Don't miss the crab cakes!!! Keisha was an awesome bartender and server!!! So while it's not the most romantic or even quiet spot, the food, drinks, and service is amazing and outperforms most of the higher end places in Charlotte.

Comfortable bar, open floor plan restaurant area and cozy patio overlooking a waterway with ducks, paddle boats, etc. Attentive and friendly staff. Delectable food with plentiful portions!!

This bar is at the Hilton University place in Charlotte NC. I was staying here on a business trip. The bartender, David was experienced and friendly. Recommended a drink when I didn't know what I wanted, and it was amazing. The food was equally as good.

The burger was kinda dry and they were out if seafood hush puppies and crabcakes which is exactly what I was hoping to eat. Bartender should know what the kitchen is out of before even passing out the menu.

Visited the Hilton for a conference and happened upon the bar looking for a late nite meal. They DID NOT disappoint. This was the best meal we had on the entire trip. The chicken & waffles + grits we're amazing and scored an A+ The presentation, service, and drinks matched the grade. This is a "MUST TRY"

Decided to try Edgewater Bar & Grille because I had a VIP coupon. My daughter and I both had a salad with grilled chicken. I had the citrus vinaigrette dressing and she had the lemon vinaigrette. Both made in house, both delicious! Our waitress was excellent and very friendly. We will be back!

Completely yummy - the shrimp and grits, biscuits, cornbread and greens were about the best I've ever had. Be sure to get the sweet potatoes too.
