My wife picked this place out and it was amazing! We tried the popover, crab cakes, steak and fries and filet mignon. Also, we had the sides of Brussels sprouts, collards and bbq corn. One word for everything: AMAZING!! I’d absolutely recommend this for your next dining experience. I will be using this place for someone coming out of town to get fine dining with a southern taste.
We celebrated our anniversary here and we're greeted with complimentary champagne for the occasion. I ordered a skirt steak, which unfortunately the chef was out of that night.However, the filet I received and the porter house my husband ordered were perfectly cooked and melted in our mouths. We also ordered the jalapeno mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts which were so fresh and tasty! Sides are large enough to be shareable. The real surprise was the popovers we received prior to our meal-so light and airy with a wonderful crispy crust! And they give you the recipe with it! Perfect place for a celebratory dinner if you're willing to pay for quality food.
Visiting Charlotte from Houston and wanted a great steak. They didn't disappoint! Great food and better service! Couldn't better happier with the experience.
Nice fine dining experience. The steak was delicious. Seasoned and cooked well. The burger was good as well. The dessert fell a little short. I ordered the sticky bread pudding with a dessert wine. The pudding was a little dry, and my wine never came. The server acknowledged it and apologized. Overall, it was a good experience.
My husband and I were absolutely delighted with our experience at this restaurant!! Not only was the food absolutely delicious from start to finish, but the service was also amazing. Our server, David, was very attentive, personable and professional. We were very impressed with the quality of the restaurant, the atmosphere and the service! It was a lovely experience and we will definitely be back!
My husband and I got engaged at this BLT location. We came again to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and had such a lovely experience. Mike was our server and he was so kind and genuine. He truly made our night special! The entire staff was professional and endearing and the food was phenomenal. I would highly recommend anyone come and eat here. Make sure you ask for Mike as your server! He will make you feel like family.
This was my second time visiting BLT Steak in Charlotte. Hostess Sheena was very welcoming and sweet. Mike at the bar was super nice and recommended fabulous cocktail; wildflower. I had a lobster salad this time. I usually don’t get salad few hours before they close because its most likely not fresh but it was very fresh and crisp. I had filet mignon and scallop for my first visit. I recommend adding scallop to any of your order. Food at BLT is always top-notch. Will come back.
It was a very good experience. The service here is impecabble. Our waiter was great, and gave us lots of good suggestions. Each person gets a popover bread. Mine was cool in the center. Not sure what happened there. The appetizers were delicious. That bacon was the best. Tuna tartar was also very well done. I ordered the 8 oz filet medium with the crab cake Oscar style. The filet was perfectly cooked. The crab cake was ok. We ordered a variety of sides to share and those were all perfectly done as well. The stirfried wild mushrooms were my favorite. Had a bite of someone's braised short rib, that wad the special for the night. That short rib was so fall of the bone good, in a jus of goodness. Great experience. Would highly recommend.
We were in mood for steak and what better place than BLT. Made a last minute reservation at this spot , they were very accommodating on a Saturday night. It was just 2 of us , but they were able to squeeze us in at our desired time. Got there , we were seated right away. Our waitress was super nice and recommended few items. Everything came out on a timely manner , food was great . Steaks were cooked to perfection. They even validated our parking , which we parked on Ritz Carlton side.

Our server Mary was simply the best service we have had in a long while! Food was delicious (steaks were a little cool) but overall our impromptu date night was awesome! Asst Mgr Sarah was very accommodating and the Mgr Chad was awesome. We plan to book a birthday celebration at this location very soon simply because the service was so great!
