The server, Alem was great and the food atmosphere was awesome! The chef came out personally to inquire about the food! Highly recommend this place!

The steamed mussels are out of this world good! The wait staff were spot on. When I return to the Charlotte area, I will definitely be back.

Wonderful place in uptown Charlotte. The food was amazing, large portions and was presented in an inviting display. Our waiter (Luis) was attentive, personable and accomodating. We ordered the delicious Fagottini, the Pollo de Scalopini and the Salmone Oreganata. For dessert, we shared the light and fluffy Cossata Cake. The low lightning provided the perfect ambiance for a dinner for two. It also has a large room to hold parties and a bar.

What a great atmosphere. The drinks and services we great. The food was excellent, great aroma, and taste. The service was quick. The chef greeted the customers at their table and even served the dishes. You get plenty of food, so be ready to eat. Food was at the right temperature and the plate was a great presentation . Will definitely return, thanks to all the staff, they were very friendly.

I am a big fan of their lunch buffet. It's better than most because the food offered is not the usual slop offered at buffets. This is quality food that is ready to eat. The buffet offers fresh salad a different themed meal every day. The staff is super friendly and the service is fast and courteous. My only criticism is that it's a little too pricey to eat at everyday. When I worked downtown, I went about once a week.

Solid hotel restaurant. I did lunch. $11 Reuben was not bad for a hotel restaurant near the convention district. Fast service was perfect for me. Pretty attentive service. I got my diet Coke refilled 3 times. Good if you want real service for a relatively light bite.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Queen’s Feast dinner at Cafe Siena last night. The choices for each course offered a nice variety. The grilled octopus was so savory and tender. The beet salad was fresh and tangy with citrus. The pork shank was the star entree; fork tender and delicious. The veal scallopini was topped with prosciutto and mozzarella and served with a risotto cake - so delectable. We thought the amaretto panna cotta was the perfect finishing touch. Chef Luca and his team made us feel very welcome and added to a wonderful experience. We look forward to returning.

Visiting it for the first time, we were pleasantly surprised with quality of food an friendly service. The house made pasta is truly authentic and prepared al dente. A Google search revealed that this style of pasta may be indigenous to the Croatian island of Krk. Scalopini with prosciutto were also full of taste. Honestly, one of our favorite restaurants in uptown Charlotte.

Executive Chef Luca has done an amazing job with Caffe Siene! My husband and I have experienced his culinary expertise at other restaurants and were happy to follow him here. While this restaurant is connected to the Holiday Inn in Uptown Charlotte, the menu exceeds any and all expectations you may have regarding a hotel restaurant. The pork shank was amazing, as was the best salad and amaretto panna cotta served on the restaurant week menu this year. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Highly recommend!!!

Compliments to the chef. The food there was fantastic. It landed on my top three “best restaurant dishes” of all time. I will definitely dine there again when I go back to Charlotte.

I give it 5-stars and wish I could come back. I took my ex-fiance here twice and we enjoyed our meals tremendously. This was "our" place during Queen's Feast. We had two appetizers (her: lamb sliders, me: sea bass cake) Main courses (her: duck noisette with apple and bacon, me: filet mignon w/ lobster mac-n-cheese, shrimp & asparagus) Desert (her: tiramsu, me: creme brulee) It was all amazing.
