Our waitress was friendly & attentive. The restaurant had a comfortable atmosphere. My food was mostly good, the nacho chips were a bit overcooked for my liking, I did like the queso dip. The pretzel bread with cheese was soft, warm and tasty. I enjoyed my chicken wrap & homemade chips. The chips were good & crunchy.

Had a great experience at Duckworth’s Grill & Taphouse in Charlotte North Carolina. We went on a Sunday during football season and it was packed but there happened to be two seats at the bar. The service was great and very accommodating. There were two or three people helping us out. We ate the nachos and we had wings. The nachos are huge. I guess I should’ve figured it out because they were $19 but we did a pretty good job eating them. The only thing that was slightly annoying was they asked if we wanted queso and that was a $5 up charge. I know we would have to pay extra for that but that was a little excessive. I also noticed someone else ordered it with sour cream. I wish we were given that option. I completely forgot to ask. They were still delicious and would order them again. We also ordered 10 medium wings. They were pretty spicy for medium. Even though the service was spectacular, they did forget to put our order in and we waited awhile but we were in no hurry. They also have an unbelievable tap list and a pretty good drink menu. They also had $6 bloody Mary’s on Sunday and she asked me if I wanted Tito’s and that ended up being a $3 up charge. Again, I don’t mind so much but they should probably tell you. Definitely loved the experience and will go back for sure!!!

The atmosphere, service, and food were good. The ultimate Philly cheese steak with lettuce, and tomato was a great option. The side of roasted broccoli and cauliflower is also very tasty. Definitely recommend.

First time coming to this location and my dad and I had a wonderful time. Food tasted great! My new favorite pizza! And our server Jasmine was so nice. Made us feel right at home and helped us with any questions we had. Thanks for a wonderful time, we will be back!! 🥰

What a great hangout spot when I go uptown! The hosts, Caroline and Nick, greeted me right away and were super friendly! I love the food and what a great collection of beer! Also, I recommend grabbing a late night cocktail downstairs in the Cellar. 🥰

The bowl doesn't look it in the picture but sweet potato fries appetizer for $6.99 is not a good value. On the other hand, $12.99 fish and chips (or choice of side) was not bad.

The restaurant itself is lovely, and the atmosphere is great. The service was not good. The hostess was not friendly, and I had to remind the server more than once for requested items (the restaurant was not busy). I would still recommend going. The food was good. I got the lemon pepper chicken tenders, which were okay. The dry rub/sauce was too salty. Their fries were delicious, sweet potato fries were okay, and their desserts and drinks were excellent.

Came here for lunch with my family. Had the salmon salad, and it was cooked to perfection, as you can see by my video. If you happen to be in the area, definitely check out Duckworth's it's absolutely worth it 👌🏽

Everything was great!! We sat at the bar and started out with a female bartender and she was very sweet and quick! Then ended with a younger man we had a great conversation and he was also very quick on service! I forgot their names unfortunately but if they get some thing for a good review I will describe their appearance! I had a couple appletinis and a lemon drop shot (all great) and q chicken Philly with fries. (Also great) thank you!!

To you, my fellow review readers, this is just an empty glass on the bar. But to us, the lucky patrons of the Duckworth, this represents a combination of an afternoon of drinking. Under the watchful eye and steady hand of Charles. The beer selection is unquestioned. I have less hairs on my head than he has types of beer. But the fish and chips was a marvel. A triumph. And something simply not to be missed. Whether you're drunk or sober. But you will not find a better place or a better experience in Charlotte, much less the southeast. This comes from someone who knows what he's talking about as I have reviewed over six hundred restaurants. After we had enjoyed a dozen of the delicious libations that are available, we were informed that there is a club that would allow us to receive specialty pricing discounts and other nefarious treats to get us to buy more. We were all in. So once again, good followers of me, please do as I did and spend a week's wages at the bar. On a Monday afternoon.

For it being our first time at Duckworth’s, everything was amazing. Our server Jason was phenomenal. His vibe was extremely cool. The other serving staff were quick on their toes getting people their food and drinks. Wonderful first impression! Can’t wait to comeback!

Was in town visiting friends during the super bowl, we had drinks and apps during the game and Darius was our server.
Darius was very attentive and we never went long without him checking on us eve. With the large crowd during the game. Food was great and the selection of beers was great as well. Would recommend this place to all, and ask for Darius!

The drinks were on point . So I'd definitely go back for that but the food was not good for me. Philly steak and cheese was dry an warm . My wings was ok good flavor but didn't seem fresh

For watching games and having great variety of beer selections this would be a good spot. Food wasn't that impressive, the philly was really salty tasting and the chicken fajitas were almost too spicy to eat. Waited a good 40 minutes before our food arrived. Probably would return for drinks and watch games but that's about it.

Found this Gem! Awesome place to hang out and have a great meal. Pro tip...get the big mouth burger! I had it with Yuengling and it was awesome! If you fancy dessert, they had an awesome red velvet cake!

First time here, will give another chance. Took server at least 14 mins to get to us. Ordered a app. Server came back and asked us if we wanted to order one. We replied we already did. Our cheesy nachos came out. They were hot which is a plus but the cheese was not melted all the way and once at the bottom of the stack of them no cheese was found at all. Maybe I just came on a off day. I will be back and will try again, no place is perfect. Beer list is amazing.

I love Duckworth's Grill and Taphouse Uptown. I am especially happy that they are now serving The Impossible Burger (with fries). The best plant-based burger EVER! Goes great with one of their excellent beer selections.

I work uptown and have been going here for years. But the other week the waiter spilled a full iced tea all over my lap and in the booth and didn’t even give me my drink for free. A similar incident happened a few years ago - I fell in the restaurant while on crutches for a fractured hip because the floors were so slippery. They’re still slippery to this day. I don’t plan on going back.

I’ll start off with the beer selection is amazing and should not be ignored! The fried pickles were good, although a bit greasier than anticipated but still good. I ordered the chicken margarita pizza and it was ok. It came to me warm, almost cold with the cheese already congealed. The nice man working behind the bar took it off my bill though & I greatly appreciate it! Will be back again to try something else out (:

Must have been an off day. Great atmosphere but other than that it would be 1 star. 50 minute wait on food, then they forgot the bacon on my bacon cheeseburger, terrible onion rings. Very disappointed & will not go back. Plus it was not crowded...

I recently hosted a baby shower in the loft area of Duckworth's Grill and Taphouse Uptown. I cannot say enough as to how great the entire experience was from start to finish. The manager, Corey Greene and staff were absolutely amazing1 They were able to meet my every request and made sure my guest had everything they needed. The food was great and the service was even better. Thanks again for making my event a major success. I highly recommend this establishment if you are looking for a fun atmosphere and good food!

The staff was super friendly... 3 bartenders that made sure the completely full bar was well taken care of while making drinks for the complete full restaurant! I loved the atmosphere... I will return when I visit again! & the food was delicious especially the Truffle Mac & Cheese

Showed up an hour and ten minutes before a concert right next store at Spirit Square and told the waiter we had those tickets. First it took them fifteen minutes to bring her beer and then it took them thirty five minutes to bring the salad, leaving about fifteen minutes to eat. Outrageous. Complained to the manager and he said sorry. I still ended up paying $38 for a meal partially eaten in a rush. I will not be back.

This was my first time there me and my eight co workers. Scenery was nice and environment. What I didn't like was the waitress spilled some of my drink on the table and me and she apologized but she never attempt to get it up. She continued passing out her drinks. I ordered a Cobb Salad and my dressing wasn't with it. I asked three times for dressing and finally the waitress brought it to me. When they brought my receipt and I paid my change was $2.68 and they brought me back $2.00. Needless to say I will not be going back there !!
