Review Fahrenheit Charlotte - Charlotte

We had a great experience at Fahrenheit! The food was great and our server Colette was awesome. She gave us some great suggestions for our meal since it was our first time there and took time out of her busy evening to snap some photos of us on the rooftop. We will definitely be back!

Great Atmosphere and rooftop deck area. The service was very good and very accommodating. The steaks were very good quality, but across our table most were over cooked than what we requested. The bread and oil was the star of the show.

Our waitress Karla was absolutely amazing!! She was super sweet and very honest! Everything she recommended was DELICIOUS! Amazing food! Delicious and beautiful drinks! Karla definitely made our 1st experience a great one for sure! I had the lamb chops and they were PERFECT!!

We hosted a rehearsal dinner for 35 people. Andrea and her staff were very communicative before the event and made sure everything was set up per our requests. The night of the event, the service was impeccable, the food delicious and the atmosphere amazing. I can't recommend Fahrenheit Charlotte more highly. If you're looking for a special place for your event, or even just a nice night out, Fahrenheit Charlotte is it!

Came for appetizers, was blown away so we will be back for dinner. We were seated early before our reservation which was nice. Beautiful view by the window really showcased Charlotte's skyline. Eggplant was absolutely 🔥! Ordered not expecting it to be so good. Sweet and flavorful. Table also ordered shrimp which was 5/5, oysters were decent not great, sashimi was decent but had good flavor with very little serving size. The bread was so freaking good with that oil they send out , sweet and slightly spicy. Wife got the greens salad which was crisp and refreshing

Staff : Our waitress Leah was awesome. She made our anniversary night here awesome! She was very informative of the menu and knew her stuff. She is very cheerful and prompt of keeping us updated on our food. Food : The food was great! I got this Asian-American vibe and it was mixed well together. I highly recommend to come here and experience it for yourself!

Absolutely incredible dining experience. We celebrated my 40th birthday here and WOW! Expectations were high and they were definitely met! We enjoyed the Branzino, lamb, the dessert and the wine, everything was absolutely delicious and wonderful! Highly recommend celebrating a special occasion here or a very romantic special dinner! You won’t be disappointed. Love love love!!

Originally we had reservations for dinner but last minute we called to change them to brunch which they were very accommodating about. Definitely glad we switched to brunch as the menu had more tastier items. We went around 1:15 pm and got sat right away. It wasn’t packed which was nice and our waiter took our order right away and asked if we had any allergies, and he told us we were free to roam around outside to see the view. The view was very nice and they had little tables outside and chairs to sit around and enjoy the view and a drink. The food came out very fast less then 10 mins because our waiter came out to find us to let us know our food had arrived. Food was better than i expected especially the chilaquiles, they had a good spice to them and the portion was huge me and my bf shared them. The atmosphere was very chill they had music playing at the perfect level. Definitely recommend brunch if you want a calm and relaxing vibe. For parking we parked along the street which was very easy to find a spot considering it was Sunday.

After our other plans got rained out we luckily got reservations for dinner. Karyssa was an amazing server she recommended the ahi tuna nachos which were AMAZING!!! The seafood platter was fantastic. They even lit the fireplace right outside our window. We recommended some kind of chocolate be added to the menu for dessert which would have meant a glass of red 🍷to pair for us. Maybe next time!

What a beautiful location for an anniversary. The service was phenomenal and the food was divine! The experience is definitely worth the price you're paying. I ordered the Sweet Soy Marinated Lamb Chops and my partner ordered the Bone-in Cowboy Ribeye. Both dishes were absolutely amazing, and their mixed drinks are delicious! Definitely recommend this place for a special occasion or a photoshoot, because the view from this restaurant is one of the best views of Charlotte I've ever seen. We went at 7:30 which was the perfect time to see the sunset in the fall.

Visited on a whim after an event in Uptown and wanted to go to a rooftop (plus starving lol). Friends and I split appetizers, which were delicious. Service was great, music was like throwback middle school days but good lol (had us singing with our mouths full), and the views were amazing. All in all, a good girls night out.

Celebrated my birthday here! Definitely make a reservation. We had the wagyu buns for starters and they were super tender and delicious! As well as the jalapeño salad👍🏻(not pictured) For an entree I had the wagyu short ribs on lo mein, also very yummy! My bf had the surf and turf, he said the steak was one of the best he's ever had! They also had a little bday dessert for me which was delish except they put ur age on it!! Haha 😄 As far as the dress code, I was worried they would enforce it but after reading more reviews it seems like they don't. Great place and with better views! We went while Drake was performing at the Spectrum center which was a block away and there still was ample parking! Open late. Will be coming back❤️

The food is delicious, the drinks are very good but be ready to pay a higher price, and of course the view is spectacular! Try to go right before sunset to get beautiful pictures of uptown and the sun setting!

Fahrenheit is a rooftop restaurant in uptown Charlotte. The views are amazing and worth the trip itself. As far as food, we were there for brunch. The portion sizes are large, and food was delicious for the most part. They need to work on temperature of all items on plate though. Parts were cold. It may have been relative to service. Our server was very slow. It seem like other servers were running circles around her. We would definitely go back though.

Highly recommended. You can walk outside on the roof with your beverage while you wait for the food to arrive (and service doesn’t take long), and they will come tell you when it has hit the table to come back in. The appetizers were absolutely phenomenal, the braised beef Bao buns were perfected and had acidity to balance with the cucumber and dipping sauce and the street corn was a delicious, warm, Asian inspired flavorful dish. 10/10 The bread was super soft, freshly baked, and dipped along a truffle butter. It was so good. 10/10 Entrees could not be better than the amazing and perfect appetizers, but they were still really good. The 10oz steak fillet was cooked perfect, with a side of micro greens and mashed potatoes with a tempura fried mushroom. It just felt like it was missing one thing, and the mashed potatoes had a few unmashed disks of potato. Still 9/10. The chicken felt a bit dry to me, but I only had a bite to try. The Always Sonny Spritz cocktail tasted fresh and delicious, but the Frescaia Chianti was not a good Chianti to pair with the food I had in my opinion. Last of all, the bread pudding was hot, with a very white chocolate ice cream to melt. The white chocolate was very rich, and the bread pudding was really nice, as well as filling. P.S- parking in the lot was $14 for a 10 hour minimum parking time, and valet is $17. Edit: I went back, all other entrees we got were not as good as the steak I got the first time, and they accidentally brought out two cauliflowers, which in my opinion are not as good as the Tokyo street corn.

Matt was a great waiter, he not only made our first visit special but he was very patient and nice with great recommendations for the food! I had lamb chops with fried rice and I loved it! The shrimp was tasty and the salmon was the absolute best!

Amazing views and excellent service. Parking was easy. Elevator goes right to the entrance. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the patio due to severe weather. Staff made sure to make us comfortable despite the cold AC blowing right on us and inability to sit outdoors due to storm-- they really did a great job addressing our needs. Food was good, not amazing. Although, I can't speak to meat dishes as I'm a vegetarian and was disappointed in the lack of options, especially at such a high price point. Our server suggested the kimchi fried rice which was definitely delicious but ate more like a side than a complete meal. Everyone else at our table said their food was delicious. The views are incredible though and definitely worth it for special occasions.

Fahrenheit has the best views for a roof top restaurant in Charlotte. Good ambience with bar & fire place. Outdoor views are awesome with the city buildings skyline. I would recommend going at sunset so you can cover day/night views of skyline. Food portions are large and delicious many of them. We were there for dinner. Shrimp tempura is awesome and the complimentary bread was too good. Felt food is overpriced.
