Had to wait a bit before a waiter came over but the experience was great afterwards. The food was good although my ravioli was lukewarm but I still enjoyed it. The Alfredo was great, would recommend ordering it. Waitress was very friendly. Went for lunch and there's wasn't too many people. Prices were average for Italian.

I visited this restaurant on a whim, with a friend while strolling uptown. The food and drinks were amazing, the service was top tier! I opted for the Blanco pizza and the strawberry/basil cocktail. Many vegetarian options and ability to make dishes vegetarian.

Probably the best pizzas I’ve had in Charlotte! This place is very nice, we seated in the booth which was extremely comfortable! Glad that our friend recommended that place to us! We will be back for sure!

The food and service was amazing. I ordered the margherita pizza and chicken Alfredo. Everything was hot and fresh. Our server was very prompt and helpful as well. Definitely will be back.

Cool Italian place. The Penne Alla Vodka. Very good and the pasta is homemade. They also have pizza so it was a hard choice on what to get. Very eclectic group of people in the restaurant. They have wheat options for pasta and that's what I got. Cool set up and our waitress, Emily, was awesome!

The ambiance was good, price is good but the service was mid level. Food took a while to come and the server would come intermittently. The pizza sat under the hood for a while. So it wasn’t super fresh when it got to our table. We got the margarita pizza. Flavors were there. Also got the flat homemade pasta. Was delicious.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing been here so many times and I never get tired of it. Love their wine selection and if you go there is a must to try their strawberry sangria. I loved how the staff were hunting down what wine I wanted and how great they were when it came to serving us. The food is absolutely delicious. Cant wait to run back in there.

We went here before a concert on a Thursday night. The pasta and risotto ordered from our table was very greasy/oily. Maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be but it’s just not my preference. I ordered just a side of salmon and slice of cheesecake for myself which were both fine. My friend and I arrived a little later than the rest of the table. We were told that before we arrived, the server was on top of things. But after we arrived, we rarely saw her. We had to ask for an additional menu to order, then we had to ask for silverware after our food arrived. The restaurant was very clean and had an inviting atmosphere.

I received wonderful service! I hadn't been here since it was Vapionos. The food was just as good and the exact same as the previous restaurant. I typically get the chicken alfredo, side caesar salad, and sangria.

Calm, laid-back back atmosphere. Our party had a bit of everything from the menu, which was excellent. When we arrived, we were seated quickly. The restaurant was about half full.
The server was nice and friendly, but I had to ask twice for silverware for our group, and the second time, she cleared another table before getting them. Also, when our table's drinks arrived, my beer was not one of them. After 15 minutes, I asked about it, and when it was delivered, it was the wrong beer from the same brewery. There was no way I was sending it back.
No floor manager walking around checking on things, which would have solved a lot of the problems.

Took a while to get seated out on the sidewalk on a Saturday afternoon, but at least we didn't have to wait to order once we got a table.
You scan a QR code to open a tab and see the menu to order. Seems like everyone in the party can order individually from their own phones and add it to whatever tab they want (good for mixed groups), but it's annoying you each also have to give your phone number when it already knows which tab you're using.
When you're done, you can just pay at your leisure and be on your way.
The food was good, but every addition to the basic pasta costs extra, which can easily add up.

The food was absolutely delicious. It came out relatively quickly once we ordered; however, the drinks were notably slow to arrive. Our entrees were delivered before the drinks… our drinks were also incorrect upon arrival. Our waiter forgot a few things that we asked for (extra napkins, side marinara, stuff like that throughout our time there); but, the food was phenomenal. Great value - hot, tasty, big portions.

We went there for a flat noodle they have in their pictures but was very disappointed they no longer had it. I was there with my 2 sisters and they got 2 of our order’s completely wrong.
Once we finally got our food I felt they truly redeemed themselves and that’s why I had to still give them 5 stars lol. I would wait again if I had to. They did take some off our bill so fair customer service.
