Really enjoyed the atmosphere of this restaurant, a lot of seating indoor and out. Service was good for the cafeteria style arrangement, drinks were tasty not much alcohol but delicious. The menu has a variety of options, however I found everything I tried to be missing something in flavor. Also, karaoke rooms are fun.

Food was great! The only item we would not say that's in our top 10 would be the collard green. We liked the concept of ordering at the bar then picking up our food at another station (business genius on saving money on staffingš). The bartender was very helpful and patient as we ordered, it was our first time and we wanted to get a variety of menu items to try.

Our recent visit to this establishment marked our first return since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. We noted that the service model has shifted to a more self-sufficient approach, with customers placing orders at the counter and refilling their own beverages. Staff members are responsible for delivering food to the table. The cuisine remains exceptional, with standout dishes including the crispy pork belly and beef ribs. Other menu items may appeal to more adventurous palates. Parking can be challenging, and it may be necessary to seek street parking further from the restaurant. Despite this minor inconvenience, we will certainly return for the outstanding food.

Iām not really into Korean food, but the good thing is thereās a great barbecue section which will satisfy everyone. They just add their own Korean inspired sauce, which wasnāt too different to Carolina bbq sauce. The brisket was amazing. As weāre the Kimchi Beef fries. Serving sizes are large, so share. Enjoy.

We love this place. If we're ever down this way (about 30 miles from home) we always go out of our way to make a stop. Parking has however gotten worse but the food is just a awesome as ever. I highly recommend it. The wings and tofu are staples, the tacos are heaping with flavor, and be sure to get the baked Ramen Mac & Cheese.

Pretty interesting concept. It is not your traditional Korean restaurant and the menu is adapted to the American taste with a diverse fusion of different culinary dishes using Korean dishes. We tried the chicken kimchi fries, the deviled eggs and a couple different tacos. Food was amazing .
They have a good bar with multiple beers available and plenty of room to seat .

Great music and great people!! It was my first time here and I had such a great time with my friends.
Iām only giving it a four bc I think the sauces for the wings couldāve been better, but I rate rlly harsh on that end of things. Iād go again!

Yalllllllll this food was so good I didnāt even get to take a picture before we started crushing it! We ordered soy pork spare ribs, fat brisket bulgogi taco, soy garlic wings, and kimchi fries. Every single thing we ordered was hot, full of flavor, crispy, and just absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back to eat and for karaoke. We also plan to go to the newer location.
Update: We visited again and had an even better experience, which I didnāt think was possibly. We rented the karaoke room which is a MUST DO! Our server was amazing, Iām disappointed I canāt remember his name but he had dreads.

I highly recommend this spot for late night eats. Finished watching Hockey and stumbled upon this gem of a spot. Kimchi Fries are a must try!

Excellent food. So far the best food I've had in the US, and the staff were so helpful with all my food allergens. 10/10 do recommend.

From out of state, stopped here for some good BBQ brisket, crispy pork belly and the soy chicken wings. All of it was delicious. Would recommend this place if youāre in Charlotte.

One of my favorite restaurants in Charlotte simply because of the Korean Chicken Wings! I wish they still did the $1 side days because some (most) of the sides aren't worth the money they charge. The side that is worth it is the Kimchi fries, even with the price increases, which we get every time. Cool, relaxing vibe and the outside area is sweet as well!

I gave this place 3 stars because the food was ok, the service was excellent but I think it was a bit pricey and overhyped. The dirty rice however was delicious and the Kimchee fries. The pork belly was good, but nothing special..it was pretty much just deep fried in salt and pepper and the only thing that made it taste good flavor wise was the dipping sauce and for $16, I felt the portion was small. I was expecting authentic Korean with the traditional sides, I donāt even think I saw Kimchee on the menu ļæ½ļæ½ļæ½ļæ½. For 3 drinks, 4 sides, and a half order of Pork Crispy Belly, my total bill was around $44, which was a bit pricey for the amount of food that was given..and these ingredients are simple, like white rice and fries...definitely overpriced. I wonāt be coming back. For authentic and affordable Korean food PePero is the place for me..I can spend between $25-30 for two with free sides. But I guess thats the price you pay for Asian Fusion.

I was very pleased with how simple everything was. The menu was short and sweet and the flavors were delicious. I was also impressed with the staff especially my waitress who was very informative about the menu and was able to help us pick the most popular items for us to try for our first time.
20/10 I recommend this for everyone.

Service was great (Maddie?) was knowledgeable on the menu and answered all of my questions. Manager also was checking on tables. Food was incredible. We ordered both kids of wings, spicy broccoli, Mac n cheese, the fire chicken sushi like thing, loaded fries and beef brisket...Did not disappoint!

Even on a busy Saturday night, we were seated in under thirty minutes. We were first timers and our waiter explained how food is brought out and what some things on the menu were. Last but not least, the food was PHENOMENAL

We had a party of 6 that we had to split into 3s so we could sit quicker but no biggie. The food was great and our server was awesome. She kept our drinks filled and was so helpful in answering questions. The food was the highlight. The soy garlic wings and potato swirl were my faves. Next time I want to try the soju. The manager was really nice as well. Loved it. My only con is that it seemed that they may need more waiters.

Incredible! A must try! Nothing disappointed us and the server knocked it out of the park! He was very knowledgeable. I believe his name was Brion, maybe? We will definitely be back.

This was our second time at Seoul Food, and, as the first time, we were not disappointed. Wings are the best in Charlotte, the airy crunch of the skin is second to none. Tried the potato spiral this time, perfectly fried and crispy. The kimchi slaw was perfectly spicy and seasoned, and the crispy pork belly was juicy, fatty, and crispy skin was plentiful. It was Monday night and they were loud and packed, but even with the crowds, our food came promptly within 5-7 minutes.
I knew after visit 1 that I would be back but now I have to say that Seoul is one of my favorites in town.

Loved the place, loved the food...my daughter loves loves Kpop and she couldnāt have been more pleased about the TVs playing Kpop music. We will definately visit again and bring friends!

Horrible horrible service. Waited an hour and a half for my drink after I ordered. After demanding to speak to a manager they brought our drinks right away. Ordered another drink and they never brought that one! Not the service I expect when booking a reservation for the karaoke room over a month in advance and paying $60/hr for it. Some of my friends never got their orders either. This was my first time here and I will never come back.

I honestly liked everything we tried at Seoul Food and the service was good as well.
- Pulled pork kim bap roll
- Spicy tuna roll
- Dirty white rice
- Spicy tofu
- And my fave were the bulgogi spring rolls.

Wings were excellent, pork belly was delicious but was cold and we had to return it. Would definitely recommend!!
