An amazing place for Foodies who's looking for great fllavors and a little spice. Our bartender Collin was GREAT, very friendly, attentive and processional. Perfect for date night, dining with friends or alone. One of Charlotte's Best Kept Secrets!

Amazing food and the best service. Micheal was an amazing server and well humored. Marcus was our main waiter and bartender that made the BEST MARTINIS that should be on the menu. They were topped with some of the best white chocolate I've ever had, they were kind and constant, and I greatly enjoyed their recommendations and bartending skills. If you love Thai food and espresso martinis, ask for the Marcus martini!!!

We went to celebrate my wife’s birthday and it was an amazing dinner. Cynthia and the rest of the staff provided a great experience. I had the Duck pho and my wife had the Green Papaya and shrimps salad (loved it!) The wine recommendation was on point and I will return as soon as we go back to the area.

We went here with 5 adults and 1 teenager. The food was delicious. The service was perfect. It was a Friday night at about 8:30pm. We waited about 15 mins for a table. Then, another 20 for our food to arrive. Volcano Shrimp, pad Thai, red curry, crab rangoons, spring rolls, and fried rice. Everyone was happy with their choices. I recommend Basil and will return.

One of the best pho in Charlotte. If you love pho, you have to go here. Just that simple. Beef tender, super frequent broth. They added a bit of fat to the broth. Huge portion for price point. Service was great. Classy place. Pad Thai was very good as well.

Food, atmosphere, and service were all impeccable. Norm, my server, did a fantastic job explaining the menu. Kristin, the support, was everywhere in the restaurant, filling glasses, cleaning spills, and making everyone feel taken care of. I had the pad prik with beef, and it was absolutely delicious.
