Executes exactly what it sets out to. Family friendly, warm interior, large accommodating menu, flexible atmosphere for large parties/families. We’ve always had good service at this location. Prime rib was excellent melt in the mouth.

Celebrated dinner with friends tonight. The food and service were amazing. Avin was fantastic. He was knowledgeable of the menu and attentive to my parties' wants. Someone in my party had her ny strip slightly undercooked, and another waitress took it back, and it came back to the table minutes late
The food was really good. We enjoyed our visit! I ordered the honey chicken and loaded potato. Yum! Our server was well knowledgeable and was able to help me with some of the menu items. The bread was very messy, but tasted good. The sangria was great, too!

Gem of Queens feast! Seated quickly with reservations. Immediate greeting by wait staff. Hot bread served rather quickly. Now the good stuff. Super service and wonderful food ! The Ceasar salad was the best I've ever had!

Tiara (Bartender) is absolutely wonderful. She’s very attentive and very kind. She made our visit worth every penny. I will only come back when Tiara is working at the bar! Food was magnificent! Definitely recommend this Firebirds over all the rest in Charlotte!
