Midnight Diner - Charlotte - Photo album

First time eating here. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise! Our server, Ares, was very helpful and provided excellent service. The food itself was tasty and the provided sides were plentiful in their amount. The decor reminded us of a 50s diner and was clean and shiny. We are looking forward to
A great little find in the middle of Charlotte. Service was fast and friendly and the food is really good for diner fare. One really neat thing is that if you ask for chocolate chips with your waffle, they don’t just throw them on top, like most places, they are actually cooked into it.
With a 4.4 rating at the time of writing this review, this place is more on the underrated side than not. The food here ranges from very good to great. Service is probably even better than that. If you go here you must try the collard greens, they are amazing. In reality, you cannot go wrong with wh
I have always enjoyed the lively atmosphere. The waiters work hard and are friendly. The food is hot and delicious. They would have gotten 5 stars however we were seated for a few seconds then asked to move and both tables were dirty and the floor was extremely sticky. I will be going back trying to
Today was my first time here. I ordered the meat omelet, and my husband had shrimp and grits. The omelet was well prepared, I should've requested American cheese instead of cheddar, but it was great. My husband LOVES the shrimp and grits. He raves about the creamy grits and the portion. Aries our se
My first time at the establishment was Tuesday. The service & food were phenomenal! (Food)- flavorful, fresh, & satisfying. The server was beyond friendly. He informative & knowledgeable, he even offered samples just to easy my mind about any choice I made. The price points for the portion size ,the
Food was great like always! Chicken and waffles are a must for my fiancé every time we go. My favorite breakfast side is the creamy grits!! You won’t be disappointed I promise. Definitely a Charlotte classic and highly recommend. :)
Great diner with a cool style and looks. It was clean and pretty good packed. Service was attentive and supportive. Food was delicious and fresh. All excellent. And good pricing. Good parking in the front.
Visited tonight with several others. The feedback overall was that the food was good. My food was good, but the collard greens were a bit chewy for my taste. The Mac and cheese was decent in my opinion. We waited over an hour for our food to come out which was fustrating as our entire party were all
Food was really good, priced right and hot. The inside of the place could use a good cleaning and touch up. Eas busy, so we sat at the counter. Everything came out pretty fast. Did forget to ring in the French toast. That was eaten last after Everything else was completed. Would recommend this place
Been coming to this place for years and it never disappoints! Now that they are in their new location there is a better parking situation. Everytime I come there is always a line..but if you have pick-up food they will let you in. Anytime I come I always get the the fried fish plate with Mac n chee
I was in town for a short minute. And I was hungry. So this place was close by.. they had good reviews..sooooo why not. The inside was nothing to talk about. Had the diner look. I was helped pretty quickly and seated. They had a decent menu with a good amount of options..the uptown( Arnold parmler)
Ryan was absolutely perfect!! She was on point with everything!! We didn't wait very long at all for our food! It was absolutely delicious 😋🤤 I'm talking grits..... outstanding, waffle... insanely delicious 🤤😋 CANNOT BEGIN TO SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS
If I could give today’s service 10 Stars, I would. Let’s start with the host, she greeted everyone and tried her best to make sure that she sat everyone with a sense of urgency, she had a great attitude no matter how busy it was. Then there was our Server GiGi, GiGi was amazing and gave service with
There’s usually a queue, but the food is very good! We had the Meat Lovers Omelette with creamy grits and biscuit. Plus chicken tenders with fries. It was all great. Especially the chicken and biscuit. So worth the wait. Thanks.
Neat old school diner style. Great sausage and gravy biscuits and great sweet tea. A level above Denny's sausage and gravy for sure. Bacon was cooked nicely. VERY nice staff. So polite and friendly. Fun, somewhat loud atmosphere. They seated quickly and food was prepped quickly, and it was fair
Just went for the 1st time, and I enjoyed the experience. The food lived up to the hype and the outside radial view is gorgeous at night. Service was friendly and easy to talk to. I will be going again
