It took a while for them to prepare our cappuccinos, and it was warm, as if It was cooked long time ago. Pastries were really good, and soup with salad, absolutely delicious and affordable. Price is really good here. Each separate piece of decor is astonishing but somehow it doesnโ€™t come together as an ensemble. The space is not cozy nor warm, more resembles a museum than a place you would want to sit and relax. We will be coming back however for that soup and salad, really enjoyed those.

Amelie's was a great venue for our annual Sisters Tea. The atmosphere was perfect and accommodated all our attendees in the bottom seating area. My only issue was that the elevator was not operational on the day of our event and presented some challenges with accessibility. However, the staff stepped in and helped us tremendously for everyone to gain access to the venue space. The food was excellent ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿพ ๐Ÿ˜‹! Tarts, macaroons, tea cakes, sandwiches, brownies, cookies, and TEA ๐Ÿต ๐Ÿ˜‹ ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿพ! I definitely recommend the chicken salad crossaint (mild and spicy), the lemon raspberry tarts, pecan tarts, apple strudel tarts, 6 cake macaroons, bread pudding, fruit tarts, and strawberry chiffon cakes! You will NOT be disappointed!

Scrumptious selection of savory and sweet pastries. Huge interior with plenty of seating - the line moves very quickly and they've got a really efficient system to service everyone. Nice vibe and atmosphere to have a snack.

Eclectic French bakery. I can only speak to the coffee, pumpkin tart and vegan Oreo tart but they were all delicious. The wait was a bit much probably about 30 minutes at 8am on a Sunday. Plenty to look at if you choose to dine there.

Great atmosphere, great food. Since they reopened I have run over at opening almost every day I'm in the office for a cappuccino. All of the pastries are on point, my favorite being the apple tart, but they're all excellent examples of the craft. I've also stopped by for lunch a couple times and recommend the Chicken and Mushroom soup (bit salty, but they all are, really). I keep going back, and the self-control required to not fill a large box with pastries is Herculean.

Super nice staff! We went on a Thursday morning it was quiet but steady - the service was quick and the pastries were good - we had goat cheese danish and apple cobbler. Only one minor suggestion, the danish would have been amazing if it was just offered warm! Would go back here for sure. Take note of the fun decor especially the multitude of chandeliers made from various objects!

Great dessert and big portions too. A lot of variety and prices were fair. Lines weren't long and plenty of seating. Ambiance was nice. I enjoyed the decorations too. Would recommend coming if in the area for some great desserts.

This place is a must, when you're visiting the city. Very awesome atmosphere. Service is great. The breakfast sandwich was good but not the best, and far from the worst. 100% would eat here again.

Iโ€™m glad they opened the downtown location again. This is always an interesting place to visit. They have great little pastries. I have not been overly impressed with the heavy foods like lunch or dinner items. But as a bakery they are great. This is a great place to come hang out have some food and drink so tea and coffee

We had a tea there this past weekend with about 40 women! Amelie's did a wonderful job with helping us with the they had an elevat and the display of food! The sandwiches, fruit tray, all of the pastries were on point and gobbled up by all lemonade. Our private event was held downstairs we had senior citizens, to 8 year olds there. One of the reasons that we picked this location was for the ambiance this location offered. Another reason was that it is handicap accessible with an elevator that will take you to a lower and easy access coming into the fro t on a very busy uptown street. Our event floor was held on the lower floor. The elevator was not in working order, which was disappointing because we felt one of our attendees would not be able to get down the stairs. Let me tell you that some of the nicest Amelie's employees were on both sides of our guest helping her down the stairs and they came back and helped her get up the stairs when our event was over! Yes, that elevator needs to be fixed, but they made everything work out. For us, that's huge plus!! Thanks to all that made her truly feel like a Queen that day. Now those spicy chicken. Salad sandwiches and pecan tarts...made us holler for more! We will be back. Everything turned out well.

I am so happy that Amelie's survived the pandemic and is back in business. I took a friend and we enjoyed their macarons and coffees at the Uptown location. Plenty of seating, great place for a quiet afternoon.

Very popular spot, creating occasionally long wait times ... but for good reason. The food/beverage is truly sensational. I thoroughly enjoyed my first-ever visit to Amelie's and find it easy to recommend to others. I wish I had the talent to make these items myself, but I don't.
